Good food. Staff is polite but and this is a big but, they are ALWAYS overwhelmed.
From start of the order to finished plate in your hand, there's delays. They need a pro to come in and consult on making things run more efficiently. Back of house and front. The order food items are cooked in, how food is brought from the back, prepping the plates for take out, taking orders etc. They are always way behind. I placed an order for short ribs along with collard greens and sweet potatoes! And that peach cobbler—oh my god. As usual, the supper was incredibly amazing. The ribs are perfectly done.
