Edit: Rua Thai reached out about refunding the extra tip, but never responded to my emails. I sent three separate emails spaced out over 2 weeks but I never heard back. I'm going to leave this as 2 stars since I did have a good experience the first time I ate here, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth to say you will refund something for visibility but never actually follow through.
Good food, but we were charged automatic gratuity and it was never mentioned on the menu or by the waiter, so we ended up tipping extra since they never mentioned it (over $50 extra). The receipt that showed the tip options just said the price of our meal + the automatic gratuity, but never mentioned tip was already applied, and showed tip options of 20%, 22%, and 25%.
