Love that place and patronize it for more than 15 years. Not so fancy as others, but best steam and excellent food. Many steam rooms to choose from. Pool is a little cool for my liking, but I can do without. Good place to make some new friends. Highly recommend to all who like sauna.

The stove and steam room deserve special attention - everything is done in such a way as to achieve the ideal balance of heat and humidity, which allows you to relax as much as possible and get a boost of energy for a long time.After every visit I feel completely refreshed and that says a lot. A bathhouse in New York is not just a place to relax, it is a place where you can forget about the hustle and bustle and enjoy the moment.I'm looking forward to my next trip to New York and visiting this bathhouse will be a must on my list. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a piece of real Russian relaxation in the heart of America.

It was very dirty. The waiters don't want to work or were tired. They don’t clean the steam room at all, or they think that the steam will wash off all the infection. In general, it was the last time and I don’t recommend it to anyone...

There are no words, the bathhouse is really good and we go there, although not often, but regularly. Moreover, every trip we leave there not bad money for several visits with tea, kvass and lunch in a restaurant.So two stars: one for the steam room, the other for the pool. But the guys, in my opinion, completely lost their conscience; last time they demanded not to drink the bottled water they brought with them, but to make do with nasty water from the fountain. When I tried to explain myself, they simply said “if you don’t like it, leave.” It was unpleasant to hear this, it spoiled the mood. Of course, we stayed so as not to ruin our plans, but the sediment remained. Moreover, the owner, who advised them to get out, turned a blind eye to the thermoses and bottles of his friends and acquaintances. In general, the guys got greedy, but thank God this bathhouse is not the only one in the city.

Just got horrible service i called on the phone wanted to come over and the lady was extremely rude on the phone and basically told me to go f myself and i can’t come and hung up on me . Disgusting

Not very clean place. Be careful with your belongings in the locker. Someone has access to them. Somebody stolen my airpods from the locker.
