The lasagna was old, I asked how long it's been sitting there, I was told it was made that day, but it was a lie, also the rice balls were old. And, the slab beacon made me want to call the Department of health on this store.
I haven't been in that area for years and the quality of the produce in that store has really gone down, it's disgusting. I might still call the
Dept of health.

Mannnnnn I just ordered the Italian Hero-Cappo Sandwich and I just had to get on here and give this place the praise that it deserves! Holy moly what a great sandwich. SUPERB ingredients. Plus, they obviously know HOW to build a sandwich. We're talking which layers go where, how much, etc. I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. They deserve every star!

A great local store with knowledgeable staff. All the food; grocery, butcher, deli, is all of high quality at a really great price.

Great place for ravioli and sauces. The hours are great for working families looking for fresh pasta after the commute from work .

Now mind you I just went here for the Prosciutto di Parma aged 12 months and the fresh mozzarella. I found the Prosciutto di Parma was a bit underaged and even a little under-seasoned, the mozzarella was fine nothing that blew me out of the water but the hot food looked exceptionally good and I’m making a point to check that next time.

Just a superb deli. And their mozzarella...I know, it sounds crazy...is BY FAR the best I've ever had ... and has been so for at least 10 years.

This deli, in the past, was a place where you could look forward to going to, having small talk with the employees and getting quality products, with decent value. Nowadays, the workers are robotic and just want to get the job over with.

I've waited 4-5 trips and different sandwich orders to leave this review. The sandwiches here are absolutely subpar. Nothing special, nothing worth making a trip for, and they microwave most ingredients. For the absurd total price of $17 per sandwich / wrap, I've decided it is absolutely not worth visiting Russos anymore.

Ordered a Chicken Parm Hero and should have known place wasn’t going to be that good when I saw the microwave behind the counter. Ordered the Sandwich came out pretty quickly.I went to go have a bite in my car and the sandwich was lukewarm and bread was soft not good at all based on reviews.Waste of time and money. The $15 price for a chicken parm should be somewhat good but extremely disappointed didn’t even eat half started feeling sick. Definitely not fresh food. Skip this place much better authentic Italian places around.
