Terrible experience
Ordered a cheeseburger and after just one bite had to throw it out. It was very tough and rubber inside but the outside was very hard.
Also ordered guacamole and paid extra for tostones but they did not include tostones.
No wonder the place was empty.

I live nearby, I thought it would be a good idea to make a pick up to change the environment, but the impatience of the service makes you feel extremely uncomfortable.
They charged me different prices than the menu they offer and they assume that you are going to pay with cash hahaha I don't know but it felt xenophobic. I do not recommend the experience at all for the money they charge you.

Pdta 2: I gave them many stars the first time. The overpayment was due to a forced tip. Don't waste your time.
Ordered a cheese steak with provolone, got as steak sandwich with American cheese. Huge chunks of steak, not thinly sliced or shredded. Bread is stale. Awful.

The food was terrible, they took a long time, two horrible encebollados, they charged me $80, it seems like an abuse, I don't recommend them when a maximum encebollado is worth $20 and speaking of a very good encebollado, but this was my worst experience and it took more than an hour to serve

We made a pit stop here to eat from VA to Long Island and we sure enjoyed the food. The service was great, the food did not disappoint. We ordered churasco ecuatoriano and corvina apanada.
