Such a horrible customer service!!! The rudest employee staff! A girl with a black hair has no manners at all. She didn’t let us to eat inside we got here 7:30pm she told us closed for cleaning why you then post closing time 9:00pm ?

I've had baklava is many different countries/cities and have had it from Safir bakery too..however last time I bought baklava from here it was very soggy and mushy with no taste as if I've gotten old batch or something..being so over priced the taste should justify the price! I won't be returning here anytime soon.

We’ve been eating from this place for years, this place have expended even better, years ago, they were a small corner store, but the food hasn’t changed at all, I love the atmosphere in this place, feels like I’m sitting somewhere in Europe every time we have breakfast, even during the day, just for relax and enjoy cup of tea or coffee, I have met so many people, we’ve became friends as well. Food made fresh daily, I suggest if you want to drop by, but come early, you can smell the food as you step in this place, staff is very warming and friendly, by serving you, make you feel like their part of the family, this place is very clean, to say its spotless, I recommend this place , for your family, or whoever you with, just drop by and have a taste what their cooking, you would like the way it looks, you will not be disappointed, after you visit this place, it will become your favourite place, enjoy while your here.

I heard about Safir from my friend who goes there every day for coffee. When I had to meet other friends for lunch we came to Safir and were very pleased with the soups, sandwiches and baked dessert. If you are around Ave U near Bedford Avenue this is the place.

I ordered a birthday cake from this bakery, and it was a hit! The design was exactly what I envisioned, and the cake itself was moist and flavorful. It was a bit expensive, but the attention to detail made it well worth the price.

Even when you call and try to make an order it's always hard for them to make one. This place need to hire more people if there is a employee shortage!
