Wonderful experience all around. Service was warm, friendly, and attentive. It was very helpful when it came to suggesting pairings. The wine and cocktail list is great. The food was really excellent. I recommend the Amberjack and Hamachi collar. Dessert, we had the mezcal flan. 10s across the board.

One of the best meals I’ve had in New York in a minute. Incredibly fresh ingredients and gorgeously delicious combinations, lovely wines, and a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back for more!

We checked out this spot bc as it was listed on some sites and an up and coming spot, but tbh the food was average and felt overpriced for what it is. Okay ambiance, small and slightly over-packed feeling--typical of NYC, nothing to write home about. Friendly staff!

A very wonderful and magical dining experience! A surprising and delightful taste that I never thought could be paired with food in such a way. The shrimp meat is fresh, with a slight sweetness and the fragrance of yuzu garnished well balanced. The cucumber in the octopus removes the flesh in the middle, making the taste more delicate.

Another restaurant where the appetizers were so good I wanted to order 20 more but then the entree was just not it. Walked in for a solo dinner around 7pm on a weekday and the restaurant had a lot of seats open. I sat at the bar and ordered the Wild Shrimp, Shiso Taco, Cod Pot Pie and the Blue Valentine Cocktail. I thought the wines they offered by the glass was a bit limited in choice so I went with the cocktail (it was fine nothing fancy or interesting to write about). The Wild Shrimp and Shiso Taco were 100000/10! So. Damn. Good. I do love raw seafood of any kind so I'm a bit biased but the seafood was fresh and the flavors/toppings went so well together. I want to come back just to order these. I didn't feel full so I decided to order the Cod Pot Pie and this is where my dinner turned sad. It came out in a timely manner but it was dry and lukewarm. For $26 I should have ordered another dish from the 'Chilled" section and I would've been so much happier. Cute place to get seafood but don't recommend the Cod Pot Pie.

Dishes were okay, I really wanted to like this place more. My table tried four different appetizers, nothing stood out. IMO the food is mediocre for the price

Had such a great dinner here! We ordered 2 things from each section (snacks, chilled, hot) for 3 people and every dish was a hit. My favorites were the fried shrimp, whipped mackerel, steak tartare, and squid. The balance of flavor was on point! Presentation and textures also smashed it. Decor was really cute and gives an intimate feel. They have "Violet Hour" from 5-6 daily where you can get a half sized portion of one dish from each section for $45. We didn't opt for this since the dishes were already pretty small to begin with, but it could be a good option if you're looking to taste a lot of dishes. The only thing that did not blow us away was the chocolate torte dessert- was a bit dry and not as chocolate-y as I would've like. Other than that, almost perfect meal :)

This is such a little gem! Their seafood focus menu seriously stole my heart. 4 of us got to sample 80% of the menu. Dishes were very creative and had some unique flavors. My favorites among the 14 dishes (including desserts) we ordered were wild shrimp, mussel toast and steak tartare tostada. The succulent shrimp was so fresh and sweet, accompanied by the perfect balanced sauce. The bite was heaven! I went back to the menu and saw kumquat in the sauce. No wonder I felt the Asian essence in the dish. Mussel toast was so unique that don't think I ever had the flavor before. I just couldn't help to make the yummy sound lol. I've had some many steak tartare in my life. Their version was quite 'saucy' but in a good way. It's so flavorful, yet light and refreshing. Can't wait to go back to reorder those dishes all to myself lol.

What a great b day dinner! Was originally headed to Tribeca. What a perfect detour closer to home. While this is tapas and portions are tapas, the flavor explosion is well worth it! Just amazing. Everything was perfect and the impromptu flight of whites is certainly what makes this a fun place. One standout that had us licking our spoon was the corn, clam, lobster stew. Thank you ??
