I love this restaurant! Everything from the food to the friendly atmosphere to the beautiful sounds of merengue playing in the background. The servers are bilingual and greet you with a warm smile from behind the counter. The food selection is appealing to meat lovers as well as vegetarians. I highly suggest checking out their breakfast menu delicious and fulfilling! When going to work or getting off the bus coming home the B38 stops right in front of this Dominican Food Paradise!

Absolutely appalling service! And it gets worse - I found a dead fly in my food from this cafe. The kicker? I couldn't even confront them about it because I'd gotten takeout and was miles away when I started eating. Steer clear of this place, folks! Stay far away from this place!!! My child got food poisoning from their food! Do not buy food from them under any circumstances! When we went to their cafe to discuss the poor quality of their food, they initially spoke English. Then they switched to Spanish, claiming they didn't understand any English. We entered their kitchen where they prepare food and witnessed appalling filth. The kitchen was completely dirty, with a greasy, filthy floor. The stove was caked in grime and grease. Several foul-smelling chickens that reeked of rot were lying on the table. We took several photos of this kitchen and will definitely post them on Google Maps to protect others from getting sick. Protect yourself and your loved ones from this cafe!!! Keep your distance!!!

I’ve always said you can tell when someone puts a lot of love into their food and this place is just not it. Their prices are ridiculous and they do overcharge. A coworker of mine bought a Mangu plate from here for 9 dollars. I ordered the same plate the next day and they charged me 12.
