Sal’s Pizza – A Neighborhood Treasure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Sal’s has been a staple in the neighborhood for as long as I can remember — and I’ve been here for over 45 years! Since I was a kid, this place has always delivered amazing pizza and top-quality food. The flavors have stayed consistently delicious over the decades, and you can tell they use good, fresh ingredients every time.
Prices have always been fair, and the service feels like family. In a world where so many places come and go, Sal’s has stood the test of time — and for good reason. Thank you, Sal, for keeping this tradition alive. Here’s to many more years of great pizza and great memories! 🙏🍕

Decent pizza BUT it's about 300 degrees in the place. Had to walk out several times. Workers literally drenched in sweat. Put on the damn AC-- SAL

Food is crazy good and served freshly baked. We ordered regular cheese pizza slices which were as good or better compared to other famous pizza joints in the city. We also ordered a Grandma's Old Fashioned Sicilian pizza which had the rectangular slices and this was beyond amazing. The chicken parmesan sandwich was also to die for. Will definitely buy Sal's again.

Superb pizza. A real New York gem.
$10 and change for a slice and a can of lemon tea. Over priced.
Great local pizza joint with history in the neighborhood. Get my pizza All the time here.

It’s been a while since we have had good pizza, this place rocks. We also order pasta and it too was delicious. We truly enjoyed it. Also, love the fact they do local delivery, saved us money. Thanks Sal for keeping it real.
Enjoyed a yummy thick Sicilian slice with a Manhattan Special Original in a nice small restaurant. Various flavors of Manhattan Special available. Its factory is nearby to buy direct. Took home lasagna, and it was just as good cold the next day. Totally love the Italian colors of the light post and hydrant outside this place.

AINT WHAT IT USE TO BE!
I called and asked for half eggplant pie and since it was 9:30pm- close to closing, I asked if it was too late. The girl asked the counter guys, then said it was fine, took my order and my money. I received an “ end of the day” pizza, that they cleaned off the cheese and slapped on eggplant and cold-uncooked ricotta cheese. It’s dry underneath and cold. The cheese was dry and hard. For $37 bucks.
I liked it better when Mimo and Nino were there. That’s how long I’ve been a customer. I’m going to Russ pizza from now on. What a shame!
P.S forgot to mention it was also burnt!
