I did not realize that the worker gave me dirty plastic bags covered in a random sauce until I was in my taxi and it covered the back of the taxi, my other grocery bags, and my pants. Gross. Would not recommend this overpriced place.

$8.99 for a Reuben in Williamsburg? Heck yes! Delicious, friendly staff, pleasant space to be. Drink & chips for $17. 100% repeatable.

I love these guys. They take care of the neighborhood. Feeling hungry? Come on in - they’ve got everything. Feeling thirsty? Same thing. Feeling sick? Come on in and they will make you a fresh juice. They are the epitome of a neighborhood Bodega and they are so special to the Williamsburg community. Thanks for all you do!
Dietary restrictions: They have so many options here - there’s something for everyone.
Kid-friendliness: Always welcome to kids, and pets!
Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp and easy to navigate inside as well

Good Customer Service is really hard to find these days.I would love to credit the lack of joy when greeting a new customer to his being there all day but that’s not my fault but became my problem.Decided after 3 months to finally venture Down the block to try a sandwhich from. Place I hadn’t even known existed and expected a warmer welcome… an invitation to try something new, to be asked if I wanted anything or needed helpI must say the man at the register seemed annoyed that it took me time to order and I was a bit indecisive but I was also feeling slightly rejected because even after I mentioned I had never been there before he didn’t seem to care just gave me the impression that he wanted me to move on….I can only help but wonder if it was because I am black? He can’t possibly treat these rich well off white folks like that!!!I’m sure he smiles and yes sir yes ma’am’s them to death !!Again, maybe he was aggravated with the day but I’ve worked in Customer service for over 20 yrs. My feet hurt walking the one block to the deli and I gave him a smile! I always gave my customers a smile no matter how rough my day was it is what’s keeps them coming back.So now after this long review I will taste my $10 Pastrami and cheese hard roll…..Be sure to say what type of cheese you want.I’m from CT they always use white or provoloneI can’t believe there is yellow cheese on my Sandwich ? ??♀️?And not one drop of mustard and ALL I asked for a pastrami and cheese on a hard roll with mustard….I probably won’t be back Or recommend them….

I live upstairs in the apartments above their deli. They close at midnight and I came at 11:40pm and they told me they were already closed even though they clearly were open. They started cleaning up early and didn’t want to work. Never coming back here. Mediocre food anyways, I only came for convenience, but I’ll be ordering delivery for now on when I need something late after work.

I come here a few times a week for breakfast sandwiches, and Eddie always preps things super quickly, and the sandwiches are always tasty. Lucky runs a tight ship.
