We tried to celebrate a brunch & explore a new vibe. My party of 5 made a reservation for brunch at 3:00PM and at 4:20PM we were STILL waiting outside in the cold to be let in. The hostess was not helpful at all & kept delaying us. The staff were inattentive to us & we felt ignored. This is NOT the way to attend to your customers. Unfortunately, our money was no good here & our time was the only thing wasted..

I came in Saturday night and there was no host to greet us for at least 5 minutes we had to walk to the back where the camera girl told us she would get someone. We were finally seated and watched servers walk past us for over 10 minutes without offering water or a menu. When we finally got a server he told us that no one knew we were waiting. We decided to put the drinks and food in at the same time as we saw it was busy. About 30 minutes go by and we finally get our drinks and the server advises we will not be able to eat because they’re about to close. It was all over the place no one seemed to know if they were coming or going. The takeaway is my server was very sweet and kept trying to make light of a TERRIBLE experience

We had to wait an hour and 30 min for our food and they had one waiters they were over working very nice guy. I wouldn't go back the food wasn't all that for the wait, even the cake was bad. if you do dine go down stairs it's more of a lounge vibe.

Im giving 2 stars because food and service needs improvement BADLY. Flavors was good however it was cold. Carlos the server had no hospitaly nor any welcoming skills. It seems he was stuck with a party of 10 and could not handle the "pressure". Food came put cold, hottess thing on my plate was the spinach from ordering the prawns entree, shrimp, mash potatoes and sauce good but COLD!!! My hooka had a straw in it. The other two hard to pull. They need to work on that. ? I have pics. Sangria flight... on point. Lemon drops on point. Manager did what she could but should have address the entire table.

Came for brunch. The hostess was welcoming and pleasant. The decor on the ground floor is cute; downstairs as well. Both floors have a bar, but downstairs is smaller. Justin is the bartender downstairs he was very nice and pleasant; as was our server, he was attentive. The dj was on point. There's no dj on the ground floor. Food came out cold. We had the tower on a pulsd, and it was ok. The rum punch was good, but a little too sweet and red sangria was good as well. The vibe was good, and I would recommend it.
