Please read the bad reviews before the good. I rarely do this but I am so disappointed. There was only a few minutes left to order, so not sure if they scraped up old food or just slapped everything together but this was disgusting. The pernil looks like whatever was at the bottom of the pan, mostly fat and grease. Macaroni salad has NO FLAVOR AT ALL. Ordered yellow rice, got rice and peas. Rice was also mushy. Ordered salmon as well and I should have known better. Crab salad should be taken off the menu. 0/10 and if I could give less than one star I would

I'm just trying to get the establishment's attention. The food is good but someone's hair keeps appearing in the food. And don't cover the whole chicken for take out with that plastic it breaks apart and pieces are in the food.

Sazón Perez is a true hidden gem, an authentic Dominican hole-in-the-wall with amazing food and that real home-cooked feel. The selection is vast, and everything behind the counter smelled incredible.

I had the roasted half chicken, and it was perfectly seasoned and juicy. The rice and beans, chivo (goat), and beef stew were all flavorful and cooked just right, seriously comforting food that hits the spot.

The ambiance is fast-paced and casual, catering mostly to the working crowd from around the area. Seating is extremely limited, so it’s best to plan on taking your food to go. That said, the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially if it’s your first time or you need help deciding what to order.

If you’re looking for authentic Dominican food that’s full of flavor and served up quick, Sazón Perez is absolutely worth a visit.

Food is delicious and usually fresh, especially the rice. They give the extras at night when they close to the homeless.

Try the seafood soup you won't regret it!

Tasty food, lots of variety at a good price, a small place but with very good Dominican food. I will repeat for sure.

Vegetarian options: There are various salads.

Kid-friendliness: If they accept children, family place.

Horrible!!!!!! They won’t deliver your full order and will scam you and put you on hold to keep your money. Stay away from places like this.
