Sazón Perez is a true hidden gem, an authentic Dominican hole-in-the-wall with amazing food and that real home-cooked feel. The selection is vast, and everything behind the counter smelled incredible.

I had the roasted half chicken, and it was perfectly seasoned and juicy. The rice and beans, chivo (goat), and beef stew were all flavorful and cooked just right, seriously comforting food that hits the spot.

Food is delicious and usually fresh, especially the rice. They give the extras at night when they close to the homeless.

Tasty food, lots of variety at a good price, a small place but with very good Dominican food. I will repeat for sure.

Vegetarian options: There are various salads.
