While I was waiting to place my order, a woman came to the counter and asked if the tables could be cleaned off. The counter guy said to give him a minute and it would be done. I proceeded to order a chicken parmesan hero, which btw was tasteless. I only ate half of it and that was only because I hadn't eaten anything all day. But the worst part of this whole experience was the bathroom. I hadn't been to the bathroom in a few hours and I had a long ride home on the bus. However, when I opened the ladies bathroom door it was so disgusting and stink. I swear the urge to urinate left me immediately. I backed out of the bathroom. A woman was coming in as I was backing out. She asked me what was wron?. I said it's disgusting and left. Whoever manages that Sabarro in Kings Plaza needs to do a better job with cleanliness.The tables need to be bused and wiped down regularly and somebody definitely needs to keep up with the sanitation of that nast, grossy bathroom. How are you serving food in an establishment where the bathroom is that disgusting? I will never purchase anything from them again!!

I love Sbarro’s restaurant. However, today I was disappointed when I ordered a spinach and tomatoes pizza pies from Sbarro’s. When DoorDash delivered the pizza (with my name written on it), I received a pizza with red peppers, onions, green peppers, olives and mushrooms. Plus, I’m not a big fan of mushrooms and olives. Again, I love Sbarro’s but the workers need to pay more attention to the instructions on all online food orders.

I am Argentine, I come from Buenos Aires, a city where the franchise flourishes in many streets. I came to this place to see the first pizzeria of my favorite franchise. The place is located in a shopping center, it is open and with enough places to sit, they have a maximum stay rule of 15 minutes but I have been sitting here for 30 minutes and no one has told me anything. Closing with the wind, the service is excellent and very fast. Lastly and most importantly the food, this is worse than that in Buenos Aires, even being in Move York they manage to make a thick pizza and it is not crispy, there is less variety and they also have a worse flavor, even so it is better than the vast majority of brooklin pizzas
Ps the prices are much higher than in the rest of the places in the area
