At first, we thought this place might be expensive, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a 4-course lunch menu for just $20. We did pickup. Some dishes were too salty. Pickup menu has special higher prices, with seafood combo priced with $10 premium. At $38 it had 4 muscles, 5 shrimps, 5 calamari with lots of (too much) sauce and 2 slices of very nice sandwiches

Came here today and sat down and looked at the menu and seen that there was a special that was from 11 AM to 4 PM. it was 359 and I asked the waiter if we can do the lunch special and he told me no we cannot because it’s almost 4 PM. So they should change it on their menu and put.3:58 if they are going to stop the lunch before 4 PM. This was horrible customer service and I will never be coming here again due to this. .

Birthday Dinner Turned Health-Code Horror! I ordered from Sea Pearl (also listed on Grubhub/Seamless under the name-“TASTE MEDITERRANEAN” ) for my birthday after an absolutely brutal year. I wanted to treat myself to something warm, luxurious and comforting. The menu sounded perfect. What actually arrived was a complete nightmare! Since the winter 2025 started unusually early in NYC, I went with their “homemade” mushroom soup 1st, which was advertised as rich and comforting- “Wild mushroom soup with Porcini, Shiitake & White mushrooms served with sour cream. Price-$11.95” In reality it was inedibly salty – so salty that even adding a lot of sour cream couldn’t save it. The dried mushrooms they brag about were leathery and impossible to chew, floating in a strange slimy broth that turned my stomach. Next was the bone marrow. This should have been the star of the meal-“Bone Marrow- Roasted delicacy served with toasted bread and homemade sauce. Price-$24.95” Instead, the bones were completely dried out with almost NO marrow inside. The tiny bit of marrow I could scrape out was, again, insanely salty. It came with rock-hard, burnt black toast that was so stale I nearly chipped a tooth trying to bite into it. For the main course I ordered the lobster polenta with “seafood sauce.” The menu promised comfort and luxury-“Lobster Polenta $25.95 Loster meat with seafood sauce & truffle” What I got was a bowl of over-salted pinkish cream with no seafood or truffles flavor at all!There were a few tiny, tough, rubbery pieces of lobster that were IMPOSSIBLE to chew. No balance, no flavor – just salt. AND THEN CAME THE WORST PART!!! As I was unpacking the delivery bag, a HUGE LARGE LIVE COCKROACH crawled out of the restaurant’s branded paper bag and ran into my kitchen. I was shocked, mortified but still managed yo take a picture (attached) but I failed to catch and destroy the disgusting, bacteria ridden insect and now I’m extremely worried about an infestation in my apartment, paying large sums for professional extermination services on top of having to throw away a very expensive, inedible meal and spending HOURS sanitizing and cleaning my kitchen instead of enjoying allegedly “luxurious” BIRTHDAY dinner! For the prices they charge, this is beyond unacceptable. The food was disgusting and basically uneatable, and the presence of a LIVE ROACH in the delivery bag is a SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARD!!! This is not a “minor issue” – this is the kind of thing that should get the attention of the NYC HEALTH & SANITATION DEPARTMENT ASAP!!! Shame on this restaurant for serving such low-quality food and for such filthy conditions that a cockroach can come out of a customer’s delivery bag. ⚠️If you care about your health – and if you don’t want roaches introduced into your home – do not order from this place‼️☠️

I visited this restaurant on Sunday, 11/2, and unfortunately, the customer service was really poor. The waitress didn't understand our orders, and I ended up getting the wrong cocktail three times. The waiter was often on his phone with AirPods in, and whenever we tried to get their attention, they couldn't hear us. We had to ask for everything; they never offered us a glass a water.To make matters worse, I ended up feeling sick INTOXICATED after eating there. The wings were undercooked, the shrimp sushi wasn't fresh, and the churros were raw. It was such a terrible experience, and I even saw rats outside the restaurant. Honestly, I only recommend going for the hookah and nothing else.

Amazing experience! The service was absolutely great — our server Aleksey was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The burger was cooked exactly how we asked — juicy, flavorful, and spot-on. Gurza is a must try appetizer. Definitely worth visiting!

Terrible experience. The manager is rude and has an attitude. He doesn’t appreciate his customers at all. The staff service is awful. The first few times we went it was good, but now it’s just rude and careless.
We pay so much money and they kick us out right at 12. The manager talks back with attitude. He just came up to us and told us to wrap it up and leave like kids. They even tried to charge us $600 more until I caught it. If I didn’t notice, I would’ve paid that by mistake.
There was no service the whole night. No one came to check on us, no one served drinks, nothing. We had a big table and still got ignored. They only put food on the table and left. I had to move plates around and serve people myself.
We brought champagne bottles and asked them to pour for our guests, but they didn’t. I had to get up and pour it myself. For how much they charge, the service is useless. Never coming back.
