Love this place! Amazing beer list with a large assortment on tap. Pretty decent selection of whiskey too. Great vibe, great drinks, and really chill, knowledgeable bartenders!

I love the ambience here. The fish tank behind the bar is stellar and the turtle pond in the back is such a nice addition in the summer. We love trivia on Monday nights, drinks are good and bartenders are nice, food is a little small and pricey though.

Service at the bar is pretty terrible so don't expect service with a smile. The bartender was too busy chilling with the blonde chick when I was there and observing the fish. The line chef tries his best but the food is a step below McDonald's. I got the filet o fish and it was two frozen fish patties with a cheap amount of tarter sauce and sad lettuce and tomato. It was a sad looking sandwich. I give this place three stars for trying on the part of the line chef but the bartender has a stuck up attitude for south slope. Sucky ambiance and unwelcoming bartender / beware

For a nautical themed bar with a beautiful backyard garden with fish, this is a great spot. Throughout the bar, there are many nautically themed items and decor including a fish tank behind the bar. The staff is friendly, and the night we went it wasn’t too pack. The garden in the back is very well maintained with stone paths to the tables.Primarily alcohol are draft beers, cocktails, and some wine. Drink prices range $6-$14 and definitely enjoyed some of there more sour beers with fruit notes.Food was also good at a reasonable price. Definitely get the fries, which are super crispy and salted well. It’s self service so don’t be rude, and leave your tray at your table, once your done. There is a fee added for using credit card, but the ATM fee is $0.50 only.

We had our wedding reception on the patio - The staff was amazing and so on top of all the food and drinks, it was like having a professional wedding planner! We didn't have to lift a finger and we could enjoy our own party since the staff was so on top of things. Very price friendly and all guests had such a good time. Everyone was saying they wanted to have an event here too.

I recently visited for the first time post-COVID with friends, and sadly it has changed. The bartender's playlist was great, but other than that, dissapointing. I saw the bartender making shots for some other patrons at the bar, asked what they were, and told it was salt water with a smug smile. So unless this person is Ariel or Sade Adu in the music video ‘No Ordinary Love,’ it was rude and dismissive.I know Sunset Park has gentrified significantly over the past few years, but if this is how a local business plans to operate. I’ll make my own drinks at homeand look for new bars to visit.

We have ben this Sunday to this bar the guy at the counter wasn’t so friendly, we expected at least a smile ! It’s pitty because the backyard is great and food ok. Please consider customers more nicely

I refused to buy anything when I was there with friends due to how rude the bartender was to my friend. My friend asked him the same question twice (as people often do for whatever reason!) and the bartender had a snarky reply, looked at me, and then proceeded to loudly talk to his coworker about how my friend is "too much" and that he doesn't "belong here". So hostile and uncomfortable.
