Mid service, mid food, and they charge 20% auto gratuity to a table of 4, without stating it on the menu or without the option to change the %, only to add more.

We ordered lobster mac and cheese, calamari (which was the best thing we ordered in my opinion!), clam chowder, and not pictured, but we got fish and chips and salmon as well.

Food was really good but the pre-added 18% service charge threw me off. We're tourists so idk if that's the norm here but I thought the customers could decide how much they wanna tip? I was gonna give 15% anyway but adding the tip beforehand was just weird to me.

We came here as a large group of 12 people. we came here last minute with a desire for seafood. They were able to accommodate us quite easily (on a Monday night) and we very much enjoyed the food. The lobster roll was outstanding And we very much enjoyed the squid pasta and guacamole too. For the non-fish lovers in our group, there were burgers and other options too. We highly recommend especially if you are a big group.

This review is long past due.

I am from CNY and was visiting my two oldest daughters in Brooklyn. One of my daughters recommended Seamore's. I stopped in for dinner; by myself. The food was high-quality, the service was excellent.

The Lobster roll and calamari were especially succulent.

The manager came by to inquire about my experience. I expressed my complete satisfaction. He was very personable, as were the rest of the staff.

A few months later, I took my youngest daughter and her significant other to Seamore's for her birthday. Our experience was reflective of my prior visit.

I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Seamore’s is one of my absolute favorite spots in Brooklyn. Ray, Scarlett, Jervis, and Raul are amazing (but honestly the whole team) it always feels like coming home. My go-tos are the salads and the lobster pasta. And the Margaritas :)

We were in Dumbo looking for a brunch spot and this place had a bunch of tables open, so we decided to go in.
The service was so unbelievably slow even though the restaurant wasn’t even full. It seemed like the servers were on break and no one even came by to take our order for over 10 minutes. The food was fine, but it wasn’t worth waiting 20 minutes for. And we had to wait again to try to get someone’s attention for the check.
It also smelled like weed, which seemed to be coming from downstairs, which made the whole experience even worse.
It’s a cute spot and could’ve been a great dining option for Dumbo, so it was really disappointing.

The food was okay, nothing special — but the service really ruined the experience. There was only one person working so had to give at least 15 percent tip. A man in a blue shirt with a beard clearly saw us but skipped right past our table to help other American guests instead, which felt off. He never came to us once. Also, our beer order got mixed up twice, and by the second time, I just gave up. Definitely not coming back.
