This place used to be delicious and fresh. The last time I ordered from there, everything tasted much better and the ingredients were better quality. Not sure what's changed but the food has gone seriously downhill

Chicken dry and way too salty (same with the sauce). Probably wouldn’t go again

Absolutely delicious falafel sandwich!! Probably one of the best I have had in nyc. Perfectly crispy and flavorful, super fresh! I crave this sandwich all the time. Definitely go here if you’re in the bushwick area.

I order the chicken kebab platter almost every week. I appreciate the packaging, which means I don’t have to spend time putting the meal together. The quality of the pita can be inconsistent, but overall I still recommend the food.

Food OK. I ordered a falafel platter, no onions. There was falafel, rice, hummus and some raw veggies. Nothing special about any of the items, and they put onions. lol. No restroom in the place, no access to eat indoors, and outside, the heater wasn't on. When I tried to ask the guy to turn it on while he was giving me my food, he turned and walked away.

I love this place but it is going a bit downhill… always playing generic radio hip hop on the speakers outside, recently introduced self service kiosk iPads and still asks for tip even though no one even took your order. The menu changed, packaging changed, all of it seems very inauthentic and, dare I say, gentrified. It feels like someone new bought them out or something .They are very kind though when you do interact with them, and the food is still quite good.

This place used to be so good.until they jacked up the prices and changed all the ingredients :( lining mint lemonade and tres leches are still great! If you order delivery they will almost always forget your pita and garlic sauce

I think this place caters to the vegetarians and vegans who have lowered standards due to lack of choice. To wit, the batata harra was excellent, sour and crispy and firm with a soft inside. Similarly, the za'atar pita chips were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a generous use of a za'atar-and-salt oil. Both sides made me happy. Then the kaftan kebab was way too flat and almost blackened everywhere. The rice was a little mushy. The hummus was decent, but the extra sauce I thought would be baba ghanouj was actually tahini. The falafel is a falafel I miss -- the herby Lebanese kind -- but this one was dry.I would have rated this higher if it was just the batata harra and the za'atar pita chips. But the remaining dishes were not worth ordering again.Vegetarian options: I basically would only get the vegetarian stuff.

There is only outdoor seating with no heaters, but they made the space nice and the food is really good and reasonably priced! Great vegetarian and vegan options as well.Dietary restrictions: Good vegetarian and vegan options.

I ordered their chicken shawarma fries and I was very disappointed. For the amount I paid I feel there wasn't much chicken and then the chicken I did have was burnt. The food is usually good, but I feel the quality is suffering a lot. I just want the owners to be mindful of their product. I will say the batta hara was great. Just disappointed with the chicken shawarma.

Their food is good, it is. But on three seperate occasions I will order something and after waiting 10(ish) minutes, they tell me that they're out of the item I ordered. Mind you, I'm not offering some obscure, specific item. It just seems insane that they can't tell you either before you order, or right after. Overall, even though the food is not bad, I'd say it's not really worth the cost given it's price and poor service.
