Staff is unprofessional I paid 9.24 for two slices and garlic knots and I noticed a sign that says lunch special Mon-Fri 11-3 I bought my food at 2pm and the lady says since I already ordered 2 slices and 3 garlic knots I don’t get a drink, avoid this place not worth it for the disrespect you’ll receive
Went Sergio pizza for first time sunday 5/4 the margarita pizza pie was delicious today Tuesday 5/6 order by phone to pick up there another margarita pizza and ii had a completely different flavor, it was really bad pizza. I called to ask if the pizza who made the pizza was a different guy from Sunday and the lady that work there need a customer service training. Never again
I live nearby so it’s easy for me to pop into Sergio’s. Unfortunately the person who’s usually there these days is rude and doesn’t do their job. I get it, I’ve worked some jobs like this and it can be taxing. I’m a polite customer and I tip really well and am always friendly. They’ve overcharged me and seem to always burn my pizza, or in some weird retaliation, not heat it at all.
As a local I've ordered from here for years from getting the 2 pizza deal for dinner to stopping in after school with the kids for lunch so to have a difficult time just getting a half cheese half pepperoni pizza is just bad service lol. It was already overpriced and tasteless, but not being able to accommodate customers on basic pizza orders in a world where some people don't eat pork is disrespectful.
Someone at this address stole my credit card info. Trashy, sketchy people own and/or are employed at this restaurant.
Crappy pizza, crappy people.
I love grabbing a few slices from here. I go with the kids after school. The pizza is really good. It's actually flavorful pizza 🍕. Top notch quality.
Pizza is extremely small for $3.50 each but they have a special that’s 2 slices and a drink for 7.88 after taxes it that helps
I was in the mood for pizza, my spot I regularly go to was about to close soon so they ran out. I'm not a fan of Sergio Pizza. Their not consistent at all. Sometimes it's OK. I went there the other day, the crust was thin and hard and the pizza had no taste. Plus I don't know why their charging 3.88 for a slice of pizza that should be
99 cent. I won't be back.
Food really sucks….literally ZERO flavor….on ANYTHING. Everything tasted like it came out of an old can. Whoever is the cook…hang it up. You don’t want this anymore. I could tell everything would be better once it gets seasoning. In the meantime, save your money until this place has a sign that says new management, new cook.
Can’t speak for the pizza but the eggplant parm and vodka pasta I got here on Uber Eats were awful and gave me a stomach ache. The eggplant had definitely been frozen after deep fried and then microwaved to serve.
I don’t recommend this spot and wish I could get a refund as all food went straight into the trash after a few bites.

Favorite pizza spot in Brooklyn
The food is fine but delivery through Uber Eats is abysmal. I have had orders delivered incomplete and canceled. The staff is great I don't think it is them but something about their relationship with Uber Eats isn't working.
They don't want to make money at this store they don't try and make any accommodations for you and they're rude
Just want to say AMAZING customer service! I had an issue with Ubereats not refunding me after canceling an order placed by accident. The owner himself called Uber numerous times to try to get them to refund me and when Uber wouldn't budge the owner Zelled me the money himself. Would definitely recommend great people and a great, honest business.
Garlic knot pizza was amazing! The kids even ate the crust , well half of it at least!
