Shake Shack Flatbush - Barclays Ctr

Dirty restaurant with a lack of pride taken in the appearance and overall restaurant. Decent meal and it was busy but there is clearly a lack of any attention to detail at this location. Wobbly table, cracked tiles in the floor and a build up of dirty on the stainless in the kitchen.

Watched them ignore my completed order on a counter in the kitchen for 10 minutes AFTER I was told my food was ready. The restaurant was dead while this took place.

Very good snack, it appears to be small, but it is the ideal size.
I particularly didn't like the tea I ordered because it was black tea.
The attendants are super kind and welcoming.

Though the food is good, it's not budget friendly. My chicken was fried well with a crispy crust and juicy chicken meat underneath. Still hot when I got it, so I had to let it cool a bit. The lettuce was shredded, green and crisp. Buns were soft and delectable. Were it at a lower price point, I would highly recommend for the budget conscious. As is, it's worth the extra money for the occasional splurge. Based on it's deliciousness, buy two sandwiches to be full. Enjoy.

The inside is nice and clean. The outside looks very sketchy. There is a biker gang that hangout all day outside this place. Also it's a very busy area.

Really good burgers, but like a lot of places these days, very overpriced. Especially the drinks. $4.50 for a lemonade is absurd. Do better shake shack!

Great customer service. Good was well made with great portions. Didn't have a long wait time and it seems like everyone is attentive to what's going on even with many children in the venue
