A complete disaster. Poor management. Short staffed & incompetent. Should be prepared for pre concert go-era Always so so so backed up. Never ever coming back to this mess

Every time I come to this location there's an issue. I actually stopped tipping. 35 mins today for a 2 burger wait. Last time by the time i got home...2 blocks away..my milkshake was runny and looked weird. Threw it away. I'll not be back. Today there were only 2 other customers prior to me.

I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!

I love shake shack and have been to many locations. However with this specific location the burgers were very chewy and it did not taste normal to me. Everytime I bit into the burger the meat had a chewy texture . I had my order to go but if I had stayed back and ate in the restaurant I would've told the workers. I will not be returning to this shake shack. The workers are great but the taste of the burger did not sit well with me. I was very disappointed

I do not know if this is a regular for shake shack but this was my first time going into one an purchasing food an by the looks of it I will not be coming here Again I have no words you I could of just ate pizza at Chuck E. Cheese where I am currently what a waste of 11 or more dollars

The food Burgers, chicken sandwichs and shakes are very good. I really like the new items the onion rings. Customer service is good and the place is clean.

Food is, as most shake shacks, pretty good. Pretty slow though and did not get a text when food was ready even though I was told I would.

The food is always hot and fresh at this location (or cold if your getting shakes/ drinks). Service is quick even when they are super busy. Can be hard to find a table, but be patient, one will open up eventually.
