Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a shake. My mother's order was smoke burger, fries and a mango drink with boba.
As soon as my food came out, I looked at my bacon. It wasn't cooked thoroughly to me so I took it off. Once I saw a worked, I asked if they came remove the bacon and reimburse me for that, the difference between a bacon cheeseburger and a cheeseburger as I wasn't going to eat the bacon .
The worker went and got the manager, I believe his name was Tyler or Taylor. He was very pleasant and professional. He was direct without overstepping that he couldn't reimburse me for just the bacon but he totally made the situation right with a very fair decision he made.

Wow, I have not had Shake Shack in such a long time due to a previous past experience. Sarah was amazing, tentative, welcoming, and so helpful. She made sure my large order was correct, handed it directly to me and made sure everything was okay. Will be going back to this location just because of her. 5/5 Stars.

Also if you order fries, I guarantee they will not give you ketchup.

I love Shroom burger at Shake Shack more than any burger here. I even more crazy when they have seasonal special sauce like truffle. Sadly I can't order online for the special menu, I need to go to the location to get it. I wish they have truffle menu all year round.

My orders come from Uber Eats. This shake shack in this specific location is one of the worst experiences I’ve had in NYC. 3 out of 5 of my orders have parts of them went missing. I cannot reach them for communication, and Uber won’t do anything about it. You can expect to lost few of the items before you order, and you still have to pay for those things you didn’t receive.
