Visiting from Toronto & just had to get shake shack! This is actually the best location I’ve had it at. The staff were nice, the location was clean & the burger was perfect. Not too heavy or greasy, exactly what I needed. Yum!

Found what appeared to be a maggot/ larva in my burger. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I stopped eating immediately. This raises serious concerns about food safety and cleanliness. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries and a shake. My mother's order was smoke burger, fries and a mango drink with boba.
As soon as my food came out, I looked at my bacon. It wasn't cooked thoroughly to me so I took it off. Once I saw a worked, I asked if they came remove the bacon and reimburse me for that, the difference between a bacon cheeseburger and a cheeseburger as I wasn't going to eat the bacon .
The worker went and got the manager, I believe his name was Tyler or Taylor. He was very pleasant and professional. He was direct without overstepping that he couldn't reimburse me for just the bacon but he totally made the situation right with a very fair decision he made.

Wow, I have not had Shake Shack in such a long time due to a previous past experience. Sarah was amazing, tentative, welcoming, and so helpful. She made sure my large order was correct, handed it directly to me and made sure everything was okay. Will be going back to this location just because of her. 5/5 Stars.

Also if you order fries, I guarantee they will not give you ketchup.
Lots of space to sit, food was super fresh and tasted so good. I had the chicken avocado bacon sandwich and s’mores shake and would absolutely order again!
