Staff is professional, kind and welcoming. Restaurant is clean. Bathroom always has a line, but that’s not a big deal. As a brand I’d love to see more kid options/sizes, that’s not a deal breaker though.
Kid-friendliness: Crayons and activity pages for kids, like old-school Friendly’s(if you’re a kid from the 80s, you know what I mean, no game boards though). Burgers are a bit big for under 8years, and not many options for low sugar drinks but the kids love it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Even wide, cement floor throughout, easy movement for walker and wheelchair accessibility

I wanted to throw this out after two bites. Tell me why the lettuce tastes like paper and the cheese is bitter? I wanted to try Shake Shack after years of hearing great things! If you want a burger, go to 7th street. It’s worlds better! This location is also an SOS zone and has no wifi. The place is clean and the staff is nice. However, the burger isn’t great.
