What’s concerning is that I ordered food on 6/8 and 6/9. On 6/8 I had two orders. Door dash forgot one and I had to re order…fine. On 6/9 I ordered again. The missing order from 6/8 came. Why was it even still in the restaurant? Why wasn’t it thrown out at the close of business day?

Do NOT go to this location. I ordered delivery from them and my burger was dry on the sides, flat, and didn’t taste good at all. I thought maybe I needed to warm it up in the microwave, it didn’t help and I finished a lil more than half the burger before I decided to just stop eating it. It tasted old like it had been sitting out all day, it wasn’t fresh at all. Then a few hours later I am pretty sure I got food poisoning from this Shake Shack because I barfed, have sweats, dizziness, nauseous, and just feeling sick. 🤢

They are definitely the best hamburgers in New York, the flavor of the meat and bread are unique, and in particular this restaurant is very clean

Waited just about 20 minutes to get fries and a shake in this nearly empty Shake Shack. The team was busy packing up about 7 mobile orders before they gave me my bag.
The fries were done from the moment I made my order. Then I sat and watched the one person making my shake put it in the mini freezer. They finished bagging mobile orders, then packed the now lukewarm fries with my shake.
Was the food bad? No. But man, you’re not gonna serve the people in the actual restaurant first? Pretty wack management.

Very unprofessional, very unorganized waited 35 minutes for a single shack. burger and fries, for my burger to be cold, to the point my cheese was hard. When there were 10 people on the back and front floor, plus people who came after me got the food before me will never go there again. Have to do better !! Very disappointed.
