The food is always good but that back alley is a bit rough. I will return first the food and definitely not eat in due to the surrounding area. 3 stars due to that back alley. Avoid the back ally of this Shakeshack.

First time at this Shake Shack and it was really nice! The workers were cool, I was tryna decide between fries and onion rings, and the woman behind the counter recommended the onion rings. It was a great choice! Super friendly and the food is great 👍

This branch is very cosy, the team is caring and motivated, I feel energy and welcomed when I visit whether it's lunch or dinner the team is always consistent with positive attitudes, I've visited other branches of Shake Shack,this one stands out of them all that I visited, keep up the good work!!!!

Parking: It's downtown Brooklyn, be careful parking as there are lots of restrictions during lunchtime, it's a lot easier during dinner time,
