Bad use of customer service. They’ll act like they don’t see you and not acknowledge you. I was trying to be polite and wait for them to finish what they were doing, but games were played and they will literally look at you and say nothing and keep acting busy. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way especially when a customer walks into your establishment. But this is the typical customer service to expect in this area. I shouldn’t have expected more, but still annoying. Next time, bum rush them, since that’s their preference. Why else would someone wait in the pick up order section…yes, to pick up.

My daughter got home yesterday after eating chicken bites at this restaurant and had a horrible stomach ache and chills which turned into constant runs to the bathroom. I think she may have had some type of food poisoning. Today she has some sort of rash on her face. She will never eat there again!

The Dubai pistachio shake from KP was so trash! They use the cheapest chocolate for to make this shake. We got stomachache after having it. I wasted my $10!!!

The food and customer service were excellent. It is one of the smallest Shake Shacks that I have ever been too with a max 29 capacity.

Based on recent experiences, the service quality at this Shake Shack location has demonstrated inconsistencies. During a recent visit, a veggie burger was served with bacon bits, which is not in compliance with dietary restrictions. On a subsequent occasion, a request for unsalted fries resulted in the delivery of cold, soggy, and heavily salted fries.

Furthermore, the Cherry lemonade that was served was diluted. My spouse told me not to consider addressing these issues, and I ultimately decided not to do so. During order placement, an incident was observed where a staff member appeared dismissive of a customer seeking assistance, which was met with laughter from a colleague. It caught me off guard.
Addressing these shortcomings is imperative to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
* The manager asked staff to remake the drinks with the bacon bits on it.
* The drinks should have never come to me like that.

I had a delicious meal as per usual but what topped the experience off was your team member Nicholas. He was very kind and responsive to my inquiries about food itemswhich I had not tried before. I’m a creature of habit but will definitely try something new next time. Thank you Nicholas!
