I wish there was more indoor seating within the restaurant. Other than that, the food was good. No issues. Gotta go back and get the pride themes shakes

Chicken nuggets were so salty I threw them out. I'm not overly sensitive to salt either. I gave my dog one and he was drinking water all night.

I had a delicious meal as per usual but what topped the experience off was your team member Nicholas. He was very kind and responsive to my inquiries about food itemswhich I had not tried before. I’m a creature of habit but will definitely try something new next time. Thank you Nicholas!

They also played songs by my favor artist, Gregory Porter!!!

The cashier, Raymond, is very nice and helped me utilize a T-Mobile coupon on my phone a few weeks ago.

I wouldn’t recommend eating at this Shake Shack. My daughter ordered 5 burgers and two fries. The majority of the burgers were dry like they were over cooked. My daughter has food allergies so hers was actually undercooked. The fries are also way too salty. IMHO the quality of the food at this Shake Shack is not up to par.

I ordered food, waited! I decided to wash my hands, their toilet was closed, I asked if I could come in, to which they said no, only for employees! It's terrible and they laughed at me among themselves and sent me to the next coffee shop. It's very terrible that there are no amenities for customers!

They take a long time to prepare your meals..have to wait a long time.
