Ordered bacon burger fries and drink for $25 including tip....Long wait, (30 min) seemed like they didn't start cooking until they had more orders. Food was good, service was fine but I probably wont be back due to the price. You cant tell by the pic but the burer was small and why are you asking for tips?!

Ordered a burger and a drink and received text “Shake Shack here: Hang tight, we will text again when your order is ready.” (That’s the copy, pasted.) Sat in the food court with my autistic children and hurting lower back and waited for a text for 15 minutes. Went back in to check. Our food was sitting in the back cold and we weren’t handed our drink until I went back and had to wait for another employee to help. No one cared and looked at me like a Karen for being annoyed. I didn’t say a word (though obviously upset), other than to say we were told we would receive a text and didn’t receive one and they laughed at us like this is the norm for not knowing. Um….?

It was a very small store. Two self service kiosks and one walk up place to make your orders. The food was delicious as usual, but the seating was very limited. The service was very fast, so no complaints. I would come back!Parking: Huge cheaply priced mall parking garageWheelchair accessibility: Since the store is located in the mall, it's easy to get a wheelchair in and out easily

I am a paying customer and asked to use the restroom and was told no not for customers and then he cordoned it off with barriers and told me to go elsewhere

The food is good, but the wait time to be served is extremely long. They need to hire at least 2 more persons. My wife was 8 months pregnant and wanted a burger. When I got back home, I saw his high school graduation picture on the wall and mail stating I owed thousands in child support payments.
Great food. Staff here are always helpful and friendly. Nicholas is an outstanding manager.

The burger didn't tast good to me the Fripp tasted strong to much chocolate. I will not eat here again sorry. No picture wasn't worth it...
