There are few feelings as getting out of the streets on a scorching summer's day in Brooklyn and walking into a cavernous, cool bar. It's too clean to be a dive, but low-key enough to be comforting. Simply my favorite place to grab a beer in BK.

By far the best bar we've been to in NY. Great service, music and atmosphere. Bear Claw (the bartender) got absolutely rocked after the NIN concert at Barclay and had a great attitude the entire time. She deserves a raise AND benefits. I said what I said. Love from MN service industry vets.

Great vibe and reasonable prices
Popped into this great little bar last Saturday. Great interactions with bartenders in this town are rare but really memorable experience with Nic! Really personable and knowledgeable and quick on the trigger. Cant wait to come back to see her!

Great bar to unwind after a long day. The prices on cocktails and beers are great for the area and the amount of seats and booths is good for a spot like this. Bearclaw is an amazing bartender who knows her drinks and even remembers everyone's choice of drink.
Overall great place to hang out by yourself or with friends. Highly recommend

The bartender who was working the afternoon shift (4pm-7pm or later) did not do a good job looking after guests.

Selective/Ignorant bartenders. They just ignore your requests straight up to your face. So many better bars around

I came here around 1:30 am and it’s very low-key bar. I was hoping it was more a vibrant bar when my friend suggested it since it closes at 4am, but it felt like it was closing down. During the daytime, it looks like a very local bar. So just not sure if it’s the right bar for me. Might be worth checking out in the early afternoon.

One of my favorite bars. Dark, good service, and great vibes.
Feels like a cozy, warm, welcoming neighborhood bar. Some pin ball and jukebox in the back, good beer selection and full bar.

Great local place, super friendly bartenders, can get packed on weekend nights. Decent graffiti in the bathroom. Good beer and shot special, still doing frozen drinks even in winter because why not. Do recommend.

Old favorite from when I lived in NYC- kind of a perfect clean dive to meet friends and hang out- didn’t always have a crazy amount of character, but good tunes and good drinks and never super crowded
