It’s a small place but a walking distance from the park which is near by. I came by with my friend and our children. The food order was quick hence also it wasn’t busy. I had the Tom yum soup which was surprisingly tasty. It had the right amount of sourness. My friend got the sushi platter and the kids had the seafood udon and the chicken teriyaki rice. We also got the wings on the side. It wasn’t bad for the price. I took a star off because food may be fast but service was slow for refilling the water and getting the check. My friend got the Thai ice tea which wasn’t too sweet.

Took over 15min to get service, drinks came all the way at the end, had to go up and ask for it and was told “it takes time to make” 18% suggested tip is actually 20% + receipt prices don’t match with the menu.

Let's start with the first thing hygiene, I order 3 drinks total one after the other. The waitress used the same cup for all three drinks, after I finish I order the next drink she will take my plastic take out cup and fill up again. Mind you that all three drinks I order are different not the same thing. Second is safety I order a sushi roll you will expect to just eat the roll with no surprise, as I was eating there was a 2.5 inch long bone in my sushi roll and I almost swallowed it. Third is charging for food. The sushi roll with a extra bone in it was taken away after I told the waitress and there was still 2 piece left on the plate. She just took it away without asking and still charged me full price for it. Forth is quality I am pretty sure if a piece of fish have a brown finish on it and the brown is not soy sauce that piece of fish is definitely not fresh, their omakase for one besides the salmon the other sushi fish all have a brown finish to it and it's not charred or have soy sauce on top.

What once used to be know as Longevousjoy has now received a face lift. This place seems to be from the same owners of Like Cafe on 18thAve. They have expanded to include the basement as well. Once seated, the waiter informed us that there was a button on the wall we could press to let them know we’re ready to order.

Their menu is a mix of an assortment of Asian menu items from takoyaki, sushi, ramen to Taiwan chicken bowls and curries. We ordered a bunch of different items from different pages to try everything out.

The sushi is surprisingly fresh here. The sashimi wasn’t fishy and quite fatty as well.
The takoyaki was rather crunchy which was a nice surprise as most places don’t cook it well enough. The size of their evil chicken was rather surprising. They were two large palm sized drum/thigh pieces and fried to a crispy perfection. It could stand to be seasoned a bit more but boy we cannot complain it wasn’t fresh and hot. We had to let them cool down as it was steaming when we ripped the drumsticks apart. Also love that they kept the old Longevousjoy option of 4 sushi rolls for a fixed price.

I would definitely come back again. Our waiter also provided great service. He checked on us several times, made recommendations to us when he heard us mentioning about not wanting certain rolls from a set menu, and was great with the kids.

Used to like this place but found the price increase to be unacceptable. The North Sea Threesome Don went from $19.95 to $28 - amount of ingredients were pretty much the same if not a little less. They didn’t have crab so substituted with salmon. Also ordered 3 party trays and their execution of the rolls was lacking. Rice was hard and rolls were loose.
