Was excited to go after reading glowing reviews but it was just ok. Queso was congealed, birria consommé was watery with no flavor and the taquitos de papa were greasy and not crispy. The server asked us how things were after queso and I tried to politely explain the cheese was cold but she just laughed awkwardly and walked away. Disappointed.

Small restaurant near our hotel. We stopped in for a quick meal. We had fish and chicken taco and desert. The food was good but not outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we went there it was very quiet but had a great ambience.

I came here for brunch because I was craving some huevos rancheros and chilaquiles & Siempre did not disappoint. I’m definitely looking forward to their dinner menu based on how well they did brunch!
The Gowanus/ Park Slope/Clinton Hill area is always so busy for brunch that I was surprised I was able to get a same day reservation. And after eating here, I think they’re being slept on. I hope to see more people try Siempre out because it’s totally worth it
