Nestled on 5th Avenue in Park Slope, this authentic Greek restaurant truly delivered. The menu was ample and had such a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. We were seated in their outdoor back terrace/garden. It was really nice! The Greek music in the background was pleasant and a really nice touch. Food was excellent.

Amazing experience and one of the best Greek spots I’ve tried in NYC!! Everything was super fresh from the appetizer (Grilled Calamari) to the Chicken Gyro platter and my sister got the chicken souvlaki platter. Both the gyro and souvlaki were super tender and juicy. The Greek music playing was so nice and made it feel so authentic. Will definitely be returning and recommending to others!

The food was freshly made, delicious and well presented. I had the grilled octopus, falafel, the peasant salad, and the whole grilled Branzino. The server was attentive and kind. I was cold at my table as the curtain at the door was not thick enough. All was well after I put a scarf around my shoulders.

The food and service at this cute restaurant are outstanding. Highly recommend the grilled octopus with peppers, capers and onions; the dolmades; and traditional gyros. These are also included on the brunch menu along with items like avocado toast and brunch comes with a free mimosa, bellini or coffee. The service is also friendly and efficient.

Ooooh, so that is why the food is so good! Simply Greek is a restaurant I used to frequent when I lived in New Jersey, and now that I see they have a location in Park Slope I am even more excited because the food is still really good. Everything tastes fresh and the portions are fairly generous, for Park Slope standards. I liked the complementary pita and olives as they help make what you are about to eat more digestible, considering dairy, a large part of the Greek cuisine, is hard on most peoples' stomachs. It is hard to find a bad food item as all of it looks tasty. I got myself the lemon chicken soup and was very impressed with the lighter flavor of this soup, that has good chunks of chicken and carrots. The lemon carries a nice note of tang. This is not a heavy soup even though most restaurants go heavy on the eggs to thicken the broth. Yes, I am looking at you Pitharia. For my entree I got the Lamb Burger. Take it from me, do not get this more cooked than medium. Overcooking lamb makes the meat dry, tough, and rubbery. This is not ground beef. Medium is the highest you want to go for this cut. Therefore it still retains plenty of flavor when you have it, and the lamb just melts in your mouth after that first bite. My server was great too. She was attentive and made sure I had a great experience. It was a little on the pricey side, but worth it for the tasty food and good vibes. I also can appreciate it is not too far from the Union Street stop on the R train or the 4th Ave/9th Street stop on the F/G/R lines. Just like the sister locations in New Jersey, I recommend and hope to come back here soon.

Homey Greek restaurant. Straightforward menu with all the classics. We shared a spread platter and a Greek salad. Spread platter had hummus, babaghanoush, tzatziki, spicy feta, and a cold mashed potato salad. All solid dips. Came with plenty of pita to dip. Salad ingredients were diced into large chunks, so it was tough to get everything into one bite; however, I thought the flavor profile was on point. Items were pricey at $24 for the platter and $18 for the salad, but the portions were large and justified the price. We were also full after just sharing those two items. Even had a little to take home. Service was attentive and quick. Waitress checked up on us a few times and was very polite. Seats were comfortable and tables were well spaced. I appreciated that they had complimentary pita and olives to start. I only noticed one single occupancy restroom in the basement. Overall, a pleasant neighborly spot.

What a find this little restaurant turned out to be. The food is unbelievably fresh and the chef has a sure hand. The tuna tartare was excellent and the grilled fish was perfect. The service matched the quality of the food: helpful, attentive and genuine. The restaurant is small and we dined early so it was quiet. Had we dined later, it might have been noisier. They seem to do a robust takeout business, judging by the number of bags leaving the restaurant. We're out-of-towners and we'll be back.

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Park Slope. It’s low key and friendly (including kid-friendly). Everyone who works there is super nice. And most importantly, every single thing I’ve ordered has been tasty and fresh. Oh, and the patio in back is a treasure in the summer - you forget you’re in NYC!Overall a great choice for healthy, affordable food in a welcoming, unfussy setting. The kind of place where you want to be a regular!

Great place for family dinners on the back patio with heaters. Also love ordering take away for big family dinners at home.Kid-friendliness: They have paper and crayons for the kids, and they're quick to bring out food for the kids.

Really kind service! There was one worker who is always ready to pour us more water. Our meal came with complimentary olive bread, and it was my first time having actual olives in my bread. This bread was what got me gravitating towards olive oil anything now. The same goes for their amazing Greek salad, which I think was a side. Something is in their juicy sweet tomatoes, they were so good. Our actual dishes we ordered were ok. The Branzino ($32) was well flavored, a little salty here and there. I had gotten this from the raving review on this fish, but it unfortunately didn't have the same effect on me. I had better Chicken Souvlaki Platter ($30). This one was not only pricey, but the chicken was more on the charred side. The place felt so cozy with sweet service, but the food is overpriced.

Amazing Greek Food! The food as well as the establishment as a whole is incredible! Our hostess was super nice and extremely attentive. The service was also spot on and all the food came out in a timely manner. Really great spot to grab lunch with a friend if you're in the area and want something delicious and healthy.

Really solid delivery. Very consistent. Expensive but typically there’s some promo on Uber eats.
