Went to this restaurant with my husband and his friends. They service was horrible the bartender had no customer service skills. We ordered Chicken and Chips that was the worst mistake. This happened on Friday 15th August and today is 19th August and I still have diarrhea and nausea. I am back in London now and still feeling sick and weak. 6 of us was there and 5 of us had diarrhea and we had the same thing to eat. 1 person did not eat because he said it was to expensive. Now lucky him he didn't get food poisoning like us .

A couple of friends including my wife and I visited this establishment for a few drinks and snacks. However, it was a terrible mistake to include sacks as this serious mistake leave 4 out of 5 of us suffering with diarrhea for the following two day which I narrow down to the chips that seems to be reheated on several occasions. Only one of the team escape, as they decided not to partake in the dinning. Lucky for him. For the pleasure of such misfortune it cost me $235 USD (£178.71 UK pounds). Really not a good experience on my visit to the big apple 😑.

I had a terrible experience at this place me and my friends. We ordered chicken and chip, the chip was really bad it seem like it was made the day before and refried the next day. The food gave every one diarrhea the next two days.the bill was over $200 so basically we paid over $200 to get sick. I would not recommend this place. The worst part my friends came all the way from London to visit.

The pasta was soggy the shrimp was DISGUSTING and rubbery. Like how do you RUIN SHRIMP. My partner ordered salmon and had to send it back to the kitchen cause the Salmon smelt FRESH. Do not eat here ! I should of just walked out. And don’t forget the ridiculously HIGH SERVICE CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE I DID NOT RECEIVE!

I came here for my birthday. We should've went somewhere else! Google maps said it was last year's, but i still remember the suckiness. I love a good deal and I see their website had a coupon that said it needed to be printed out. I searched for a place to print it out. We went and the place was DEAD! Our waitress was also the bartender and who knows if she was the chef too. She didn't know how to make the drinks they had on their menu, she was slow as a sloth and so was the food. It was only okay. She said she didn't know anything about the coupon on their site and neither did the other woman that was there. As she security or something? I have no idea. Maybe they have it for all the disgruntled patrons. Neither of them could reach out to anyone that knew about the coupon or how to make the drinks. Go somewhere else! I said that even now because my friend that wasn't there told me about her experience a few weeks ago. Thumbs down! The atmosphere was lame, but I didn't really care about it.

Came n Met a Fren and Hiz Lady on a Friday.sat At Bar. 3 Bar Maids working Bar. Nun of Dem Spoke 2me ATOL! Notta "Hi" " Gud Nite". A hello waz NEVER a thought in dey mind. Da Whole time I sat watching dem greet n hug da regularly attending patrons. But 4me it waz as if I waza invisible. For over n HOUR!!.
all while da owner Dancing n whining ? da Next table over. SMDH. He saw I had NOOOO drink ? in front me. NEITHER him nor da Manager Dexter i Believe his name iz. Didn't even instruct his Bar Maids to greet me or ask if I'm okay. Or ask why dat guy hasn't placed n order?
Idk maybe I'm spoiled by big chain restaurant bars Hospitality ? or maybe I'm too full of myself n Shuda called one over to me.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Walked in and the server/bartender had an attitude immediately. His energy was so off but I continued to be polite. While taking our order he literally walked away in the middle of the order. We thought he went to check if he had a certain drink but he never returned. I felt so uncomfortable that I decided to leave. When I walked up to the bar and told him I didn’t want the food anymore out of courtesy instead of Just walking out, he rolled his eyes. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service and I insisted on going to a black owned business instead of a random bar and was so disappointed. Do better!

I love HQ Lounge; the drinks and food are fantastic, and the service from the waitress is top-notch. The only downside is the hesitancy to let customers dance downstairs. I can't spend the whole night sitting upstairs. Let's get the dance floor open. HQ Lounge has become my favorite spot. The food is excellent, and I can dance all night there.
