Light filled airy space with delicious drinks. Met a friend here to pick up hot bevvies before a walk on the promenade. Matcha with light rose syrup was just right, and the venue was too.

Sippy has always been my go-to spot for an Earl Grey milk tea fix. Unfortunately, I recently found a tiny screw in my boba tea — something I wouldn’t have noticed if I hadn’t taken the lid off. As much as I’ve enjoyed this place in the past, I can no longer recommend it after this experience.

Ordered a hot chai latte through uber eats and received an iced, watered down, flavorless (because it was watered down) chai latte. I got refunded via uber eats for the latte but I can’t reorder because id have to pay AGAIN for delivery/tax. Read the damn order it’s not that hard.

Quiet local coffee shop near bustling downtown metro center. Really yummy strawberry matcha latte, also recommend the brown sugar oat latte. Staff behind the counter are always super friendly. Go support this small business!

Great coffee shop with some great coffee. A good variety of flavors and not too expensive. Staff is helpful and friendly. The latte was very tasty. Give them a try!
Edit* had different flavors like the ube and sesame but they had not been good the last few times. Tastes burned honestly or just never real flavor.
