Staff takes a very long time to serve even when it was nearly dead, and said if they put in an order not on the menu the bartender will refuse to make it - even though gratuity of 20% is forced on you

Not really a fan I must say it's a beautiful restaurant but the food is so far and the service is as well and on top of that when it's showtime it's overly loud you can't hear anything that anyone is saying it's so loud that you can literally hear this place from the other side of the bay.

I went to Sky Wise for my sister’s friend’s birthday, and it was absolutely beautiful! The atmosphere is everything elegant, vibrant, and perfect for celebrating. The décor is off the chain truly stunning from the moment you walk in. Parking was easy too, with a convenient lot available.
The food? Exceptional! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was such a lovely experience overall the energy, the service, and the ambiance made it the perfect place to celebrate my sister’s birthday. I’ll definitely be back! 💜

Wow, I was simply blown away of what a beautiful establishment this was. From the cocktails, to the entrees, the sushi roll, the ambiance, 10 out of 10. The interior of this restaurant is quite impeccable and beautifully designed. The waiters are accommodating and the hostess is extremely kind and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday here last week. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, I was frustrated with the service — one girl at the front desk was extremely rude and unfriendly. I spoke with her twice, and both times she was unprofessional, wild, and rude in her tone and attitude.
The number of my guests changed several times, and I understand that can be inconvenient, but all I expected was polite communication.
I want to note that Milana, who helped me with the initial reservation, was very kind, professional, and helpful — she truly did her best. However, the second front desk girl I dealt with later was the complete opposite — careless, disrespectful, and dismissive. When I called to make changes, she spoke to me as if she were doing me a favor, instead of simply helping me as part of her job. It made me feel foolish for expecting proper assistance, even though that’s what any guest deserves.
The birthday itself went well — the waiters, music, and atmosphere were wonderful. But that rude girl at the front desk completely ruined my mood from the start. I really wish such a great place had more respectful and welcoming staff . I don’t think I’ll ever celebrate my birthday at Sky Wise again.

Nice decor, food was good and competively priced. Gulya provided courteous and professional service. DJ started playing music after 8pm. Only complaint is the mens' bathroom floor was slippery. Highly recommended for date nights.

We had such a great experience here! The portions were generous and everything was packed with flavor. We tried the fried rice, crab dumplings, the Playboy burger, and the orange chicken , each dish was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. The prices were also very fair for the quality and size of the portions.
What really made the visit special was our server, Gülsat. She was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She checked in at the right times, gave great recommendations, and had such a friendly attitude that it truly elevated the whole experience.
Overall, amazing food, great value, and outstanding service. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

I don't even know where to start. Attended the concert and obviously it was packed as expected. Our group reserved the table and we ordered drinks and some food. Drinks came more than 1 hour later...in plastic cups..cheap plastic cups..$21 a drink. My apperol spiz was flat and watery. My friend got her drink in small plastic cup...which you cant even hold as the cup was flimsy. When we asked why plastic- it was a special adjustment for the venue. Why the price for the drink was not adjusted? Although the water was served in glass. The food came at the end of the show..almost 2 hours later.. Cheap disgraceful and shame on you Sky Wise.
