Love the place, love the people, but they REALLY need to do something about that bacon. I’ve ordered bacon on a sandwich several times and every time it looks like this. It does not taste or look good.I also think they do better when you order from the menu or do something real simple like a BEC. But once you start adding toppings they don’t do as well as other places. But my main complaint is the damn bacon. Looking like dog treat begging strips.

I went today to purchase a protein smoothie and the older Spanish guy took my order and never made it. He proceeded to make 2 other customers food with out making my protein shake. The manager behind the counter asked him what's going on with my order and he totally ignored him. The customers also said they had problems with him as well and he is a nasty guy. The younger guy had to make my protein shake which by the way was very delicious. Even the counter guy said that was wrong. He was even upset. Obviously he has prejudice against certain people that doesn't fit his social norm or. I would avoid this store until they replace him, being that there Is a transfer of energy when one deals with someone's food. Reason why I don't eat out much and am pescaterian as well. All in all the store is positive... just the heavy set old Spanish guy brings it negative energy.

Fresh, good size, excellent selection and very good.Update:The quality of their food has declined, as have the sizes of everything from subs to sides; meanwhile the prices have gone up. Accordingly, I will be searching for alternatives.Yet again, Natural Plus was sadly deficient all across the board. It's sad: they charge $2 for a 20 oz Pepsi, but if I walk down to 3rd Ave and St. Mark's, it's 1.50. Their heroes look anorexic. There's like no meat, and the actual size of the bread used shrinks more & more. I made the error of going back, but I promise that won't happen again anytime soon
