Service unfortunately there is none 45 minutes for a burger that's ridiculous and the young fry cooks in the back is yelling at customers because he's overwhelmed by lack of staff on a weekend and he wasn't wearing a hair net

The Valda/ Vada who is packing the food is very unprofessional and rude ask her to clean the table 3 times and her response was very rude according to Health Department her hair need to be tied up so please retrain her and she should learn the Health Department Rules

They are so rude.
We walked in on a Saturday and there were 2 other couples on line. The cashier very forcefully yelled “we’re not taking any orders” didn’t give any more information.
I’ve been here twice and have not had a positive experience either time.

If I could give 0 star, I would! Qiana was very rude and dismissive. When I ordered a shake, I asked her what size did she select. She rudely ignored me and I had to her ask three more times. Then she walked away, proceeded to show me the cup, and stated “that’s the only size it comes in”. I cannot begin to fathom why it was so difficult for Qiana to verbally tell me the size of the shake. It is evident that something was unusual about her because her demeanor was unwelcoming. This establishment has horrible customer service and the wait time is just as poor. I was told that my order of fries and a shake would take 30 minutes to make. I am still waiting and it has been over 45 minutes. Brandon was the only one who was working and he was visibly overwhelmed with managing all the orders.
