The staff and Janaii has the worst service ever, they don’t talk to you, they don’t want to take you order even if not busy. They just don’t want to work, and the staff walked to the kitchen to just talk to eachother. We feel the look us bad and that woman almost shouted to me. Please change the people who work here it’s a very bad experience and don’t worth the money you spend!

Came in to get food before work and it was extremely busy but T was super professional and a great attitude despite the situation. She kept everyone updated and aware that they were a little behind. Asia was amazing as well. She remain calm and a positive Attitude while packing everyone’s order . I appreciate their service and professionalism we need more people in the food and beverage industry. It’s not an easy job but they get it done to feed us hungryyyy people ☺️. Thank you and SMASHVURGER You guys need to send help for your employees it’s not right they killing them selves and could definitely using extra people

7:45pm wanting a quick bit to eat it's sooo cold outside to be told sorry we are only taking online orders WHATTTTT??? were does it say that? Extremely disappointed. What seems to be the manager told me she had no cashier’s excuse me??? Miss do you not know how to cash?

There was not that much customers to cause this much problems. They take very long to attend. ALL employees have a nasty attitude and telling customers to wait and if they did not like it they can leave. I DO NOT recommend coming to this place. They need to better their employees. Not only me I have seen other customers complain that the orders are taking long just even for one thing. If the manager or the owner can’t get this right. This store should be shut down or hire better employees or be reported to the city or something.

Been waiting for 10 minutes to order. There is no one at the register and at least 3 of the employees stood and looked all us waiting to order. The line is growing and they are all acting annoyed that customers are coming in. After waiting 15 minutes to order, we left. Will not be coming back to this location. The staff was completely rude and unprofessional.

T was amazing!! They usually forget to give me my ranch dressing for the brussel sprouts. Not only did she give me an extra she heard my husband mention he loved the Chipotle ranch and she gave us one of those as well! Go T! Thank you mucho!

All employees that’s worked on 1-12-26 around 3pm shift are all lazy and disrespectful. Waiting for about 15 mins for my order to even happen which never did. Every time I ask they would take me one moment and than go right back to playing on their phones.

Waited 30 minutes to be served cold fries and a cold burger when I asked for fresh fries I was told that there is none. Not worth the wait or the money spent.

This is the worst smash burger location I have been. Always an extensively long wait and the workers always have an attitude as they are overworked and understaffed. The manager V as she stated her name once asked while walking away was also unprofessional and has terrible customer relation.
