The food is good. When asking a question the lady just walked away. The cups in my opinion are unsanitary I would prefer a paper or a plastic cup.

I was looking forward to having a nice meal here based on one of the locations in Long Island. Said if I was satisfied with my single Smashburger I would get a chickensmash to go. The burger was dripping with oil along with the seasoned tater tots. Both soaked in heavy oil. That wasn't really the issue though so much as the painfully slow service. Just seemed like everybody was engaged in their own conversations and to taken up with that to realize that I had been waiting a whole 25 minutes for my food which to me is really unacceptable. Not a "sorry for the wait" or anything. My strawberry shake was pretty good though I must say. The front cashier was very polite. Overall, I opted out of ordering the chickensmash. The oil turned me all the way off.
