I've placed a few orders here, and each time, my crispy chicken is cooked to perfection. Regretfully, they don't always properly assemble the sandwich's additions.Every side has been complete garbage.They always have some oil pouring on them. This time when I tried the tots, everything was the same and the $5 large container wasn't filled.

My first time trying smash burger at the dekalb location and it was a hit. The location was very clean the service was very nice the gentleman that took care of me walked me thru the menu since it was my first time they bring your order to the table if you dine in. He was very courteous. The fries were very good lightly salted and freshly fried. The double bacon smash was very well made everything was fresh the lettuce tomatoes and bacon and burger patty all good I really enjoyed that burger and will be going back.

Service is horrible every time. Now I have to choose another location moving forward. No one has courtesy or respect . I am CEO of a big corporation and because I dress down to look average they treat you like garbage. The service is slow and everyone has an extremely unprofessional attitude!! Save your money and don't come to this location!! Then because I asked where is my shake a few times she doesn't even fill it up. This food is not cheap so give me my money worth.
This was our first time at Smash burger and It’s my new favourite fast food place for a mushroom Swiss burger ! They have amazing fries as well. Service was good and this location was well kept and clean.

I stopped by on a random Tuesday around 1. I ordered my usual turkey burger and took a chance with the Brussels sprouts. My burger was perfection! The sprouts were a tad too greasy and a few were bitter. With that being said I do feel like they complemented my beer and burger. I found the the layout/seating of the restaurant awkward. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly.
