UPDATE: One of the restaurant's managers reached out to me shortly after this review and offered to make things right in a way that was completely generous. Once we have our meal I can completely update as far as food, but I didn't want to leave it as a one star review either. Unfortunately I can't comment on the food because I never received it. I ordered through the website and the delivery was transferred to Door dash. After multiple drivers came and left waiting for the order, I attempted to call the restaurant. No answer. I was then told by the Doordash driver that someone took my food, and the order was cancelled by Smash Burger. It may be a nice place to go if you go in person, but not delivery EVER AGAIN!

I don’t know why it takes 3 hours to makes 2 burgers and 1 order of tater tots. Order at 7pm and did not receive my order until closing time 10. This was a major problem and inconvenience, really just wanted some food. I know it takes a little while BUT 3 hours is ridiculous. Never order from THIS LOCATION CONTEMPLATING NEVER GETTING SMASH BURGER AGAIN. I cannot believe I experienced this. I want some compensation because this actually stressed me out why smash burger. 🍔:( seriously not happy with this. Wow. Also this is not the first time about the 3rd time experience. Not worth it.
