This place is my favorite place to big my backkkkkkk. I always get the big box and scoop so much food lol. The customer service is mwah. The food; mwah. The vibessss definitely mwahhhhh. They have a new kind of chicken. It gives sticky chicken vibes. It’s amazing. The white rice is so good. The curry chicken today was a little off but it’s good. Sometimes I don’t like the Mac and cheese but yesterday it was good. I recommend it to everyone
I come to this place very often and buy food because it's in my neighborhood and the food is good. I rated the food a 4 because on my last visit I ordered the macaroni salad and when I got home to eat the macaroni was so hard it was not cooked. I know the difference from al dente and raw. That macaroni was not cooked. I was very disappointed because I wasted my $8.99
Smokey island grill is the only spot I know of where you can create your own plate. For West Indian cuisine, that’s huge because sometimes I don’t want to pick between oxtails, curry goat, jerk, pork, etc. with how much inflation has increased the cost of meat… I love that I can get a little of everything for a decent price in the food is always cooked well.
