Ordered a smoothie for pickup during lunch. Walked 25 minutes to get there, and was told the promotion in my account was not being honored at this location. Why didn't I get a phone call or message that the order was canceled before traveling there? Lady was very rude about it. And I can't get the coupon back to go to a different location. Thanks for nothing.

Overcharged on Visit 1, Valid Coupon not accept on Visit 2.
1) On my first visit, I ordered a bowl which I has ordered previously at another location (and in that PA location was fantastic). The bowl was topped with frozen blueberries instead of fresh and was lackluster. The worker helping me charged me several extra dollars until I pointed out the price on the menu board.
2) Today, I gave them another chance because I had received a free coupon and live nearby. After talking with the worker there and ordering, I was unable to redeem the "free coupon" which was valid until 12/31 for this specific location. I ordered anyhow and paid. Smoothie was ok but not worth the price. SUPER BAD business practice to stop accepting your own coupons. False advertising is illegal.

This place is awesome. I was so happy to finally have a Smoothie King close to me. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything is pleasant and awesome. Everytime I go (twice a week) my smoothies are amazing and taste great. Mostly, I buy two to save one for later. The employees, including the owner, always give a warm welcome and gives off cool vibes to make it seem that we've been friends for years. This is my number one place to be and can have all my money.
Vegetarian options: All drinks and items are vegetarian. Plus, they have plant based milk add-ons and plant based protein powder for add-ons as well.
Dietary restrictions: You can substitute items if you have dietary issues or allergies.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' menu but all options can be for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: The door is wheelchair accessible and there is no stairs at the front entrance.
