the bowl i got was actually so good, the service was amazing! im pretty sure they had a new worker too yet she was just as nice as everybody else! it was super clean and nice. i was originally gonna take it to go, but i ended up just dining in lol!

I've been to SoBol Bed Stuy a few times now, and I have to say, it never disappoints! This place is an absolute gem in the neighborhood.
The first thing that hits you when you walk in is the lightning and welcoming atmosphere. The décor is simple yet colorful, creating a cheerful environment that immediately lifts your spirits. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable.
I was greeted by Jada and Akila who both are incredibly attentive and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. They took the time to explain the menu to me, offering helpful suggestions and answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm.
Now, let's talk about the main attraction - the bowls! They offer a fantastic variety of acai bowls, each one bursting with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
My personal favorite is the Blue Spirulina Acai bowl, which is a perfect blend of a creamy spirulina acai consisting of simple ingredients pineapple and banana, and spirulina powder, 2 layers of house made granola, topped with strawberry, pineapple, blueberries, coconut and honey.
The balance of flavors and textures is spot on, and it's both delicious and refreshing. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the ingredients.

Pretty good food when the cashier doesn't try to upcharge you for having an allergy and wanting to substitute the granola for something else. A bit pricey, but generous portion for the largest size.

Took 20 minutes for a smoothie. I came at an empty time. Then 4 people behind me few minutes after with other smoothie orders were serviced and received their smoothies within a few minutes. The male staff member who took my order appeared to begin making my smoothie but whenever someone walked in, he stopped and took their orders. 15 minutes go by and EVERYONE who came AFTER me already received their smoothie and were long gone. I’m waiting there, when he suddenly tells the female to go make my smoothie. Without any apology or acknowledgment.Noticed while waiting, the male staff member was cleaning the counter with windex and a paper towel. Few minutes later with the SAME gloves he is sprinkling coconut flakes, pieces of granola and fruits into sample cups to give away. Just a strange experience
Best Acai bowl hands down!!! And its not close!!! im a forever loyal custie… customer service is exceptional… such a friendly environment

The acai bowls are soo good. However, the two female cashiers/front staff are always on their phone and always have a unwelcoming mood to them. I’ve been coming here for a good month now and they always act like it’s a bother to order. It’s becoming dreadful to come here to this type of service. Besides that I have no complaints.

Service was great. The young gentleman was kind and even gave us samples while we wait. The sprinuilla bowl was good and I even added Goji berries. However this place is more on the pricey end. For close to $17 everything should be filled to the top vs almost nearly 3/4th full.
