Food is so delicious especially the beef stew with yellow rice and get it with a salad and avocado so good and the inside is a very nice a calm spot definitely recommend

Worst customer service ever by the lady in the front that picks up the phone. I’ve tried ordering multiple times by phone for pick up thinking I could save time by calling ahead of time but every time I call to order the lady puts me on hold for a long time , sometimes >5-10 minutes. By then I’d have already arrived at the restaurant before I even get to order my food by phone. I understand it may be busy, but it’s always the same regardless of what time I call even during non-regular lunch/dinner time. Also, I just needed to place the order for a simple order for 1 person that only takes less than a minute to order, so I do not understand why I have to be put on hold for so long just to place my simple order. I wanted to give it the benefit of doubt but I’m realizing it happens all the time, making me feel it’s likely on purpose.
You can tell by all the similar bad reviews on the lady answering phone calls, maybe the manager/owner should really review this person they hired.

I will give the most honest review here. I ate here a total of 4 times, 3 take out and 1 delivery. They cancelled one time from UberEATS (or else I had this place 5 times). The food is AMAZING, the price is great, their service not so much. Yes, I will go there again!! But this place needs to work on their attitude. The taller lady with eyeglasses and blonde hair is the kindest one of the bunch. Their green sauce is really good too. Get the pernil or chicken combo, trust me!!

Every time i try to order from this place for breakfast after 12 pm my order is canceled. I feel you should take off the option to still have breakfast on the menu for people to look at and then you cancel the order bc you dont want to make it. Very upsetting
