Just wow
The soft serve is RIDICULOUSLY good. I think the reason they only have a 4.5 is their regular ice cream is probably only okay
I’ve had their black sesame soft serve before and loved it, even though it’s pricey at about $8 a cup. This time I decided to splurge on a $12 pint to take home. I specifically asked for a pint of the soft serve, but was given a premade pint instead. When I asked if it was the same, the staff assured me it was. Even told me they just made it today. So I trusted her and purchased it.
Got home excited, opened it up—and it was not the same at all. The taste was different, the texture was hard and odd, and it just wasn’t what I expected or wanted. It also tasted old. Very disappointing and honestly I wasted $12. I didn’t eat it because it really wasnt good and honestly felt I should get a refund or at least the product I asked for, but since it’s ice cream and already opened (plus I was already home)… like how? Because it’s ice cream, that’s tricky.
Sad, because the soft serve itself is great, but this experience makes me not want to go back.
To the store: really shouldn’t treat your customers this way.
While I do not profess to know about all of their flavors, I’m only rating my experience with the black sesame soft serve. While the texture and degree of frozen was great, I found the soft serve lacked the sesame flavor. I really enjoyed the level of sweetness but hoped for a sesame taste. I’ll try the ube next time.
Fantastic ice cream and toppings
Thick soft serve. I had higher expectations of the chocolate eclair sundae than what I got. I felt like it was lacking flavor/sweetness/chocolate. There was just something missing. I was pretty underwhelmed. However, my aunt thought it was delicious. Lots of unique flavors and regular ice cream (other than soft serve) is available.
get the ube 10/10
Unique flavors

This place is 100% delicious. They have a rotating selection of Asian twist ice-cream and sorbet flavors.
There may be a line, but it moves quickly and absolutely worth the wait.
Additionally consider taking a pint to go to share with family and friends.
I highly recommend Ube and Thai Tea flavors
Every Flavor was super good and the workers were so kind and helpful!
The vegan ube is incredible!!! Taste and texture. Nailed it. So good!
Dietary restrictions: There were two vegan options when I went
