had a lamb gyro, which was pretty good. just needed a little more white sauce. the service was slow because , they were very busy with take put orders . the chick at counter was also very nice. only 3 tables for a total of six chairs. would def come back again

Hubby is a HUGE fan of their signature salad, and I wasn't in the mood to cook hamburgers, so we opted to order through GrubHub, and ordered.I got their beef and lamb platter with the additional costs for Greek fries and extra pita because, who doesn't need extra pita? The portions are very generous, and the delivery came pretty quickly, considering I'm a 7 minute drive from here. The food was packaged with care and was plenty warm from the cold elements. The meat wasn't greasy and the fries held up pretty nicely; not total mush. The salad is always to my husband's liking, and he inhaled it before I could take a good look at it. When the craving is real, it can't be tamed!

Nothing fancy except excellent traditional Greek food. Gyros, platters, souvlakia. The hummus and other dips are outstanding, as is the rice pudding. And there is a daily entree choice. House wine and many beers. A lot of the customers are doing takeout, but there is table seating.

Sigh. I ordered this on behalf of a working person, who needed food for himself and me. It should have been good. It should have been easy. I was attempting to order for nearly 40 minutes because the website was making it impossible to go back to the rest of the menu from your Cart without taking you out of the website.I wish that I had given up at that point. The hungry fellow was now aching because I had started the process at 715 and now it was 8. he was worried the place would close soon. I finally got the order to go through on the 10thish try. The maps didn't work, but I now had time to give in and install the app while waiting for the food. The order said it would be about 55 minutes which is longer than 85% of places we order from. Most of the restaurants are much farther away as well, so I rechecked the address to make sure that I had selected the right one.The app also said that my order was for pickup so I panicked. the help button should be a way to get some reassurance.Not so. The help button took me to a page with 2 lines of text: for issues with the food call the restaurant at (number)for issues with the app text us at this number.I am trying to get an exact screenshot but the app crashed yet again while I wrote the last sentence. After I reopened it, it had to go through its slow process again. The food was late compared to the ETA as well as usual restaurant standards in this area. The recipient disliked the food, which was not helped by being made a couple hours prior and was not remade when a delivery driver was ready. This was awhile ago and since I eat and/or order food for diners, I will undoubtedly give them another chance and update accordingly at said juncture.

Pretty good Lamb gyro! They gave me so much meat that I could have split this into two meals! -- be forewarned, you will need a drink because the meat is very well seasoned! This place is a structured like a fast food take out. The place was fairly clean. Food was ready for me with in 5-10 mins.

The people in this restaurant are so rude no one should ever eat there. I went in for dinner waited 25 minutes for a table and when my table was ready the manager sat another family and told me I had to wait. I was already waiting and I was next to sit. I walked out with my family and the manager was happy to to us goThe staff is rude the manager is rude. I would never go there again and will tell as many people as I can to not eat there. Everyone is rude and does not care about the customers.

Evidently this location on 13 ave either had a bad day or is very different from the other location in Bay ridge. Will not order from here again due to the miserable attempt they made with preparing the shrimp pita sandwich. A sliver of tomato instead of the chunky pieces that are in the lamb gyro.
20230806:: got the pork gyro platter, and it was dry, the salid and rice part was good. the calamari was very good.

Smaller than the Bay Ridge location, but just as delicious. The food is of great quality and taste. The lunch special includes a side of soup or fries, or a small salad for a couple of bucks extra. The fries are regular thick cut fries, which I prefer over the fries at the Bay Ridge location. The seating can be problematic for medium to large parties. They have three small two-seater tables inside and a couple of tables outside without any shade. If you need to accommodate a party larger than four, than check out the Bay Ridge location. This location is great for very casual lunch or to take out.Vegetarian options: They have a good selection of salads and a lemon potato pita sandwich. The pita with tzatziki is a good appetizer.

I had a gyro and fries. Very good. Problem is for the gyro, there is such a tiny bit of tzatziki sauce you can barely see or taste it. Then there's a big sign on the counter saying extra tzatziki is 1.50 for 2 ounces. Probably put the sign there because so many people told them they needed more sauce and were surprised they would be charged for it. I won't go back. For the price, there should be a decent amount of sauce on it like most other places.
