Ordered 2 double smasher burgers. Buns was hard as a rock and cold. Patty & cheese was dry, hard and stale as if it was just left out for a while. Im disgusted with this specific location. If you're going to stay open in-till 3 am then you should serve fresh food not food thats been sitting out for hours. Just close early at this point

My first time trying a sonic was in Atlanta georgia, and it was amazing . Food tasted fresh and yummy. I never imagined one coming to New york. I tried it, and it tasted just like how I remembered it . It was so yummy . I even tried their chili cheese fries and the real fruit slushies for the first time . It was super tasty.

Please Please Please Hire more workers so the restaurant can always have orders ready 100% especially for Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc orders. I understand when it's packed of customers and when there's little workers to compensate for the rush hour it's get chaotic. My advice is find another restaurant that is able to get to each customer and delivery workers on time otherwise it's not a very good establishment and the mangers or manager is/are very lazy. When workers are overloaded with work they won't do anything to assist them but sit down and do nothing. Choose another location to dine from.

No drive in, food is still delicious. Worst drive thru experience I've ever had- waited at least 25 minutes before getting to place my order. Then my order was incorrect and there were several issues with getting it corrected.
Will only order for delivery from now on.

There was an open ketchup packet and I didnt realize until it was on my burger cuz it squirted everywhere. I had to throw out my burger. Who wants a used packet that can possibly have harmful substances inside. Also there was a random piece of peppermint candy in the bag. Gross and unsafe. Wont be eating here ever again. My son and I better not get sick cuz the quality sounds poor.

Horrible!!! It's a whole hour before before they are scheduled closed and they say they are closed. Every time i I come here it is an issue. They take your order then when you get to the window they act like they are closed. They need to rehire and get people who want ro work and actually get people who are open as they should be. Then when you challenge them and insist based on published hours, you get cold food...
Customer service was great enjoyed but the drive-thru ramp is very steep not for low cars I got stuck
