I love having this spot in the neighborhood, though it’s a little pricey I think it’s worth it if you’re wanting to splurge a little on something nice. My only problem with this place is their hours seem to be constantly changing and they don’t update them anywhere online! So many times I’ve waited until later in the morning to go out and get my coffee so I can stop here on my way back, only to walk by and see it’s closed. The hours on their website, Google, instagram, etc are all incorrect, which is especially frustrating knowing how easily they can be changed/fixed. The holiday hours were also not transparent, they were only posted on the door, which you can only see when the place is open.
I’ve only had the chicken special sandwich and the breakfast sandwich, but these two are some of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. There are many overpriced breakfast sandwiches in Brooklyn, but this one actually feels worth the cost. It comes with a fluffy steamed or baked egg patty, sausage, tomato and some crunch from potato chips and topped with oozy cheese. The brioche bun is soft of the inside and perfectly toasted. Comes with chips and cornichon, which gives a nice acidic burst. The chicken special was even better with the same attention to detail.
Super cute place and nice staff but they don't answer the phone (or maybe the phone doesn't work?) They had a great cheese recommendation, but the second cheese I purchased for $25 was moldy & upon examination was 2 weeks past the expiration date. Could not get anyone on the phone. Called the wine bar next door who was very generous and apologetic and noted I could exchange it the following week. My partner went back to exchange it for a fresh cheese a week later and was given another moldy cheese (that I then saw was 3 weeks post expiration date).Love their model, emphasis on sustainability, friendliness, etc, just please check your expiration dates and fix your phone :)
Nice little shop with yuppie provisions—kewpie mayo, IPAs, Olive oil, etc—and good sandwiches. Handy in a pinch but charging $15 for a loaf of bread is mercenary. It’s decent bread but not pain d’Avignon good. We need a proper bakery in PLG.
Some of the most delicious food I've eaten in my whole life. Service is super friendly, this place is an absolute gem.
Hands down the best breakfast sandwich in Brooklyn!
These are some of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever had. This place is a godsend to the region . And incredible selection of beautiful meat and cheese. The sandwiches are fast so incredibly tasty. The sando of the week is always mind blowing. I can't stress enough how incredible the sandwiches from this place are. And you can order online for fast pick up. And they are fast!
A nicely curated store that sells a variety of upscale pantry staples, cookbooks, dried flowers, perishables, and sandwiches. There was one non-meat option (egg and pesto with anchovies) that was delicious. I didn’t know the sandwich came with chips, but if you’re going to give me the last handful of crumbs from the bottom of the bag, I’d almost do without.
Cute shop, amazing variety of products in a small footprint. Clean, nicely organized. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Delicious cheeses and ice creams.
So happy we found this little gem in our new hood!Friendly, quaint and the pastry we bought was delicious. Will definitely come back to taste their menu.

I’ve gotten ok to good sandwiches, ham, and cheeses here. Interesting selection of specialty foods, and some good beers. But the quality is not always commensurate with the price point.Ham selection mixed, some great but some disappointing. The ham in the photo with this review is $72/pound. It was recommended by the staff, who seemed taken aback when I asked for a recommendation.Brekkie sandwich good but quite heavy, enough for two or a hangover. One of the few menu items that seems priced correctly.
One stop shop for my Magic Spoon cereal and salt caramel shews. They have some cool spices for the kitchen pantry. It’s also a butcher-shop so you can pick up some nice cut of meats. Looking forward to eating here.
I wanted to love this place. I had a brekkie sandwich and it was awful. I couldn’t eat more than a couple bites. The only good part of it was the roll it was on. Everything in the store is overpriced in my opinion.
A neighborhood favorite. The staff is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. They have a well-curated selection of specialty foods. I highly recommend the homemade tomato ragu and the bone broth.
