waiters feel like they’re entitled to tip themselves 25-50% “service” fees noticed after going trough bank transactions because I don’t usually take the checks so I decided to take it one day, my total was 70$ from what I ordered, but when I payed via Apple Pay it was 110$ charged, the guy didn’t ask if I wanted to tip didn’t give me the option either just gave me a tiny scanner to tap, never coming back here again nor should you.

Decent food. The Turkish tea was weirdly the least tasty thing. Burgers & fries are standard and pretty good but nothing mind blowing. Definitely a bit overpriced, esp for the neighborhood.
unfortunately the experience was disappointing. There were many staff members walking around, yet no one approached or checked on us, so we had to wait a very long time just to place an order. The food itself was also not impressive — nothing special and definitely not worth the wait.
The only reason I would come back here is for the hookah, which is truly good and worth trying. Everything else could be much better.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not very good — bland and absolutely not worth the price. But what made it even worse is that we were asked to leave before we even finished our meal. They were polite, but it was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. We came to relax and enjoy dinner, not to be rushed out. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. There are plenty of restaurants that respect their customers and serve better food. We won’t be coming back. NEVER.

I’ve been to this place a couple of times with my friends unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing.
The guy working there had an attitude from the moment we walked in and acted like he didn’t even want us there. We all worked in customer service field before and we are always nice to the staff. However It’s really unpleasant to relax in a place where the staff makes you feel unwelcome. I love the vibe of the restaurant, but the people who work there completely ruin the experience. I won’t be coming back, and I hope management takes this seriously. Just a heads-up to anyone planning to visit.
