An inappropriate girl works in this establishment. I am a delivery driver for Uber eats, when I went to pick up food for a client, a young man saw my order and gave it to me, and then a girl employee runs up and without saying anything snatches my client’s order from my hands. There is no explanation for her behavior. And this is not the first time. My colleagues also complained about her. We ask the management of this establishment to pay attention to this. The rest of the staff are young guys and are very adequate.

To complain about high prices at restaurants is poor manners and in bad taste (the price is the price , eat elsewhere if you’re short on bones) , however I must contradict the above maxim and wail like a spoiled baby 44 DOLLARS FOR A CHEESEBURGER AND MILKSHAKE is egregious, downright sinful ! The food is fine , the service is expectedly diner-causal-flippant. Also it was my girlfriends first burger in America and has permanently soured her perception of the icon of America cuisine .

It took them 30min to take our order. They made up for it and brought our order out fast. We were ignored after that and had to get their attention to get a second drink. I had to get their attention a second time for a take box. And lastly got their attention for our tab and to pay the bill. They completely ignored us and showed NO initiative.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 💯

The atmosphere was nice. That’s all good i have to say. I thought it would be hard to mess up a soup and salad, but my Caesar tasted like it had 10 lemons squeezed into it, and my french onion soup had the after taste of a bar of soap. The fries and lemonade were good, but nothing to write home about. Not only that, but my table sat for about a half hour before we had to flag down a server to get our check. This food was so insanely mediocre that i left feeling more hungry than i did when i came in. Don’t waste your time here.

I was dissappointed at the soup and burger today.Google shows close at 3 and we ordered olur last drink bottle of wine at 1.40 and waitress didn't warn us ,then Manager Jahan told us to leave the place in 10 minutes.if not she pay back and said, dont come come back again . I hope the business owner see this post and quit her job . Because Jahan is looser in this job !

I liked this place because you feel very comfortable. The service was at the best level, the waiters looked after very quickly. The milkshake was very tasty. Only the burger meat had some kind of smell. But in general, I liked it!

They don't respect customers when they want to deliver, I've been ordering from them for almost three years now, after that the communication with customers is just disrespectful, I ordered a burger, they didn't bring it without a spoon, fork, without anything, not even a napkin, and there was hair inside the meat, it's terrible, and every day when I order, they arrive late
