Messed up the order. Called for classic chicken bone broth, gave me everything but that. Never had issues with any other location.

After a full week in New York—navigating a minefield of processed indulgences, seed oils, and dopamine-loaded distractions—Springbone wasn’t just a meal. It was a realignment.
I walked in at the tail end of a 24-hour fast, gut inflamed, spine tense, and nervous system fried. What I found was clean fire—real food engineered for recovery, regeneration, and performance.
I ordered the BBQ Chicken Bowl and the New Roots Beef Bone Broth. Here’s the breakdown:
• The Bowl delivered on all levels: clean protein from chicken breast, glycogen-replenishing sweet potatoes, cruciferous detox from cabbage and kale, and a kick of fermented brightness from pickled turnips. The BBQ sauce? Subtle, smoky, and not a sugar trap—flavor without compromise.
• The Broth was elite: grass-fed beef simmered into liquid collagen, infused with ginger, garlic, and vitamin C. It wasn’t just warm—it was ancestral. My gut thanked me. My brain rebooted. My joints softened their complaints.
What hit hardest? This entire meal was free of seed oils, gluten, and refined sugar. It didn’t just nourish—it upgraded.
In a world full of food that numbs, Springbone fuels. Approved for all my clients because it honors the code: intellect, precision, optimization, evolution.

Springbone really fell off years ago when it comes quality and consistency since they first opened. I never try to order from here anymore but my friend is sick and tried to get some immunity broths delivered. Got 2 plain chicken broths instead - why? Just cancel the order dude. It’s not why we ordered or what we paid for.
low quality food

Great broth but it's piping hot and dangerous. Wouldn't mind room temp or on ice in the summer.

Ordered the honey Dijon salmon bowl and this is what I got. The man helping me was extremely rude from start to finish and this portion is unacceptable for $18. I’ve ordered from this restaurant before via uber eats and the food has been great but the in person experience was awful.

Spring bone is always really solid. I wouldn’t say it’s like the best thing I’ve ever eaten, but it’s very very good. I really love the bone broth. I buy those and use them in cooking all the time.

We love the bone broth here
Bone broth was absolutely delicious!
They come in 3 sizes and the large is great for two. Nourishing and the perfect beverage on a chilly day as you explore Williamsburg.
Great service too and they let you try the flavors before you decide on one.

Needs better managment. Owner heed this review , this is a case study in everything not to do as a hospitality professional.
Yesterday I bought chicken soup and a spicy vegan broth. When I arrived home I seen that the chicken soup I ordered was just broth. A little annoying but things happen, so I immediately called and asked if I can pick up the correct soup tommrrow. I even said i'll give the name of card on file so you can verify that i purchased the soups. I just didnt want to walk back to store in 20 degree weather when i live far away. The guy on phone said i could come in tommrrow and get the correct soup no problem just ask the manager ,Alright problem solved no big deal.
Wrong! The worst part of the experience was the next day (TODAY: JAN 16 12:30pm) when i had to deal with the "manager" named Maria. She was completely unhinged, rude, and disrespectful on all levels of our interaction. Accusing me of possibly lying, asking me questions but not caring to hear the answers because she proceeded to talk over me, NOT handling my food with care, very quick to rudely dismiss me once handing over the correct order & screaming NEXT to a person that was already being assisted by a fellow employee meanwhile i was actually planning on Buying another soup and lastly again quickly trying to get rid of my presence by not listening to my order as she walked away while i was attempting to order and Brang me the WRONG order then had the nerve to Again proceed I never stated the order that i orginally asked for. Overall Delicious food but disgusting service.
