Needs better managment. Owner heed this review , this is a case study in everything not to do as a hospitality professional.
Yesterday I bought chicken soup and a spicy vegan broth. When I arrived home I seen that the chicken soup I ordered was just broth. A little annoying but things happen, so I immediately called and asked if I can pick up the correct soup tommrrow. I even said i'll give the name of card on file so you can verify that i purchased the soups. I just didnt want to walk back to store in 20 degree weather when i live far away. The guy on phone said i could come in tommrrow and get the correct soup no problem just ask the manager ,Alright problem solved no big deal.
Wrong! The worst part of the experience was the next day (TODAY: JAN 16 12:30pm) when i had to deal with the "manager" named Maria. She was completely unhinged, rude, and disrespectful on all levels of our interaction. Accusing me of possibly lying, asking me questions but not caring to hear the answers because she proceeded to talk over me, NOT handling my food with care, very quick to rudely dismiss me once handing over the correct order & screaming NEXT to a person that was already being assisted by a fellow employee meanwhile i was actually planning on Buying another soup and lastly again quickly trying to get rid of my presence by not listening to my order as she walked away while i was attempting to order and Brang me the WRONG order then had the nerve to Again proceed I never stated the order that i orginally asked for. Overall Delicious food but disgusting service.

I just called to asked what time they closed and the guy who answered was extremely rude!!!!! This is not how we do treat customers..train your staff the customer are the reason for your success!!!

I’ve given it 2 tries, out $40 bucks, I’m done. Both times staff was rude, second time was order was severely under portioned (and wrong), chicken was disgusting/dry/ inedible.

This place has had so many reviews of people receiving raw/undercooked meat and even getting food poisoning many times. How do they keep getting away with this?

Ordered a barbacoa bowl and it was ~80% fat and cartilage instead of beef. I like that Springbone is seed oil free but it’s unfortunate that they are choosing to offer their customers the cheaper meats. It’s the same with the chicken. They’re not the best cuts. This isn’t the first time this has happened, I’ve been in here multiple times over the last few months, each time hoping they’ve got better quality meats.
If they fixed this, I’d be a regular here.

Springbone in Williamsburg was fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and you could tell they use high-quality ingredients. The menu has great options for anyone looking for healthy, delicious meals. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual meal. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!PS. The cookie ? was delicious
Upon request for a chocolate chip cookie as advertised on the outside banner the server suggested to give an honest taste test to save a $4 spending. Who wouldn't and honestly I'd say the cookie is $4 quality because it's a guilt free treat that if you have a sweet tooth a craving for ya normal favorite cookie don't expect the normal. This cookie has an airy palatable taste. It's great in that after taste of pistachio yet it being coconut was divinely enjoyed. Thanks!

Food is good. When it actually shows up. My order didn’t arrive. I called the restaurant and the Management was rude, and refused to make my missing order right. Spoke over me on the phone the entire time. Such a bummer because I was happy to find clean food nearby.

The staff here is racist against African Americans people they only speak Spanish when needed they speak perfect English I do not like the fact that they said I was related to a disgruntle person who worked there.

Ordered delivery and got this really sad bowl :( the noodles were so stiff and no sauce and it was in a puddle of kimchi with some really unseasoned broccoli… was kinda crazy… the tofu was good tho… but kinda crazy to pay $15 for this ??
just dont get the noodle dish and youre good!!

I WISH I COULD PUT ZERO STARS. I ORDERED A CHICKEN BROTH OFF UBER EATS AND WHEN I TASTED IT I NOTICED A WEIRD NASTY TASTE. WHEN I OPENED IT I SAW A DEAD FLY IN MY BROTH. WHEN I CALLED THE RESTAURANT THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE PLEASE DONT EVER GO OR ORDER FROM HERE SAVE
