Merchant uses a 4th party (Relay) to deliver 3rd party orders (ex: DoorDash) and routinely falls behind on orders + proceeds to blame delivery platforms.

You can’t connect with Relay directly, and merchant appears to have no direct line to Relay.

Turnaround time from order placement to deliver was ~30 mins late.

Note to Jordan: Idk what to tell you other than my order was late...very late, and I could not get in touch with anyone that could help out. And I didn't just order for myself. And If I was outside the delivery range why was I able to place an order?

Don’t come to this place, they reuse the rice and the chicken from a night before, sometimes they use expired food items since it’s not even clean, they even had rats.

I regularly order from springbone and have always enjoyed it, even if the atmosphere is odd in the store - you wouldn't want to dine in as it's kind of just a room full of delivery drivers waiting to pick up.

Well, tonight the food in my bowl was literally rotten. It was slathered in hot sauce and an insane amount of salt (as if that would somehow disguise it) but it was unmistakably inedible.
Not sure how this happens; at a place charging these prices you expect some kind of food safety.

Honeydew Holistics

I placed an order through Postmates and called the store to make sure they understood my instructions in the notes. I spoke with Maria when I called and she was very rude and condescending. I’ve order from this location before and never had this issue. I usually go to the Dumbo location and they’re very nice there too. I’m beyond disappointed and my order was not prepared right. It was a waste of my time & money.

Today I decided to try Springbone for the first time and the food was delicious and fresh and the customer service experience was amazing. A kind employee named Earl took my order and gave me great recommendations for my bowl which I greatly appreciate as I was not familiar with the options! As someone with food sensitivities and hoping to eat healthier the service and quality I received at this Springbone was very meaningful. I will definitely be returning!

I just visited this location and it did not disappoint! First of all, Patrick who was behind the counter was so patient and kind. Eventually I ordered and it was a wholesome and hearty chili tofu noodle bowl! The space was clean and quiet and I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch there.
