Customer service sucks. Staff look mean and uncaring. They ran out of herring patties early on a Friday. One time I saw a riach walking around the container where they keep the patties. ?
I generally get the beef patties which are always delicious and fresh, but they only have a smear of beef in them.

The worse customer service ever. They do not even look at you when you place your order or when they give you your order. I placed an order yesterday for today (Thanksgiving Day), I ordered and paid for 1 dozen patties, chicken, beef, fish. I get there today to pick up my order, she only looks at me to say, "no chicken". I placed the order a day in advance and I paid a day in advance and they cannot have what I paid for? Never going there again, last time they got my money.
