this place has been around for a while, and it stood the test of time. If you’re looking for a romantic nostalgic, dimly lit Jazz bar with a great menu for food and cocktails, then look no further. They have a great rotation of live music, interesting cocktails to choose from, and the staff were all pleasant and friendly.

We had a very unpleasant experience yesterday. Four of us came to enjoy the live music. We ordered a bottle of wine, oysters, and a meze platter.
We listened to the performance, and when the musician took a break, we stepped outside for a smoke. When we returned to our table, the bill had already been brought, and we were told there was another reservation — essentially, we were kicked out.
Despite paying for an event specifically to enjoy the live performance, we were inexplicably forced to leave.
We will never return, and we want to warn others that they might face a similar experience.

It’s a great place but be careful when you get the bill. I was charged auto gratuity 20% and didn’t know that so I tipped on top of that. Not cool at all, scam culture.
