My mom always brung me here as a kid. And i randomly stopped by the other day. Food still on point and the customer service was great. The elder lady made my plate and blessed me up the good up pepper steak and yellow rice OMG! I will be back soon.

It took two hours to receive my deliveries. So I decided to give the coffee shop another chance. I had called again two days later to order and this time my order was not delivered until I called to complain. A woman answered the phone at the coffee shop. The woman decided to fixed my order when it was time for me to go out. My order was not done until I had made a complaint. She put so much butter on all six of my rolls and did not toast any of them. I have had enough of the coffee shop on Stanley Avenue. The food may be good but they’re unorganized and they only have one phone number. Too many people serving the food and no one is assigned to answer the phone. There shouldn’t be no more than five people serving the food, five people in the kitchen and one person assigned to answer the phone with a standby during bathroom breaks.

Literally never follow instructions!! I go to this place because this was my mom’s favorite back in the day! But I can’t anymore!! I made a door dash order and CALLED so they can pay ATTENTION to the special request . The young man read my request to me . I received my order ALL WRONG 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️ I can’t do this anymore!!

Today June 7th 2025. I asked the older lady to refer my fish. She gave me a nasty attitude then hiding behind her language. Older lady. Sad if she didn't want to take it in the back she shouldn't have taken my order. Poor service

GUARANTEED the lady who works there will mess up your entire order and give you something entirely different than what you wanted. For example : I ordered a chicken soup and instead she gave me octopus 🐙 soup 🤢 (I don’t eat seafood btw) and wanted to die when I saw 👀 little tentacles floating around my bowl. There extremely disorganized and customers will try to skip you because they don’t have a specific line to order or pickup. No one speaks good English and it’s hard to communicate with the staff because they don’t understand you. This place is extremely mid. There food isn’t authentic Spanish cuisine seriously people take your money and look elsewhere definitely not worth it.

Food is okay but doesn’t make up for the unorganized nature of everything inside the shop itself. Even ordering out. Several times I’ve ordered I had either gotten the wrong food or NOT got my order at all. You can’t call and going in doesn’t help either. All my fault for thinking it would be different.
