I order my cold drink at 8:35 am, I receive my in store order 15 minutes later. I was told the mobile orders come out with the In store order so they backed up. That is unfair for the people who are coming into the Starbucks. Thank you to the young lady that helped the guy on cold drinks because he just gave me a cold shoulder letting me know my order not up.

Overpriced garbage. They never value your points or nothing. They act just like mcdonalds always messing up something. I'm not a fan. They have lost me as a customer.

Sandwich and wrap was cold! I had to turn around and go back to have my food heated! Instead of the barista heating up the food she took time out to check the time of my mobile order! It doesn’t matter what time I ordered! It takes time to make the order and time out of my day to turn around and ask for my food to be heated! This will go to cooperate and social media! Hire friendly smart people!

The staff has been nothing but wonderful since it opened. They have the strength of lions to deal with these self entitled masses that come in and are disrespectful and ungrateful. I have always been iffy about Starbucks because to ones I go to in Manhattan and metro tech seem cold and uninviting. Not saying that they are obligated to do so but there is just a difference in the atmosphere when I come here. They are very welcoming and don't give off the vibe of "here is your drink go away."
To everyone whining about not enough outlets there is no need for extras. This is Starbucks not their home to camp there all day and sleep there. That's what taking their behinds home is for.

Unfortunately, I had to go down a few stars. Things do change I understand. However, when people are sitting at a table and the store closes at 8pm I don’t understand why they’re putting chairs up on tables at 7pm when customers still come in to sometimes sit and drink. It seems as if they just don’t care and want people out immediately. Not all of the staff but some just seem less inviting and more “why are you even here?” They seem to be slowly showing the same mannerisms as metro tech and court street.
As far as people crying about the bathrooms, I don’t agree. It doesn’t need a bathroom when customers act like unwashed fatherless savages and quite frankly don’t deserve to have a bathroom at this location(or any other for that matter).

Stay messing up my breakfast I order through UberEats.
This Starbucks location constantly misses items on delivery orders. Everytime I’ve ordered via Uber Eats this is an issue.
