The staff ignore in-person customers and prioritize all the mobile orders. The result is waiting for about 10 minutes at the counter to get someone to take your order.

You have one of the cleanest and nicest Starbucks locations I’ve been to. I asked for a small favor at the order desk — an iced Americano with ice to the top, the shot over the ice, then water to fill — and while waiting, I watched Mel prepare it. She read the order sheet perfectly and made the drink with such care and precision. I honestly thought, “She must be the manager, or at least someone who would make an excellent one.” Great job, Mel.

I love Starbucks, but whoever is making the sandwiches for GrubHub clearly hates their job. It’s always very sloppy, the bread is never on evenly, consistently lopsided and I just wish they would hire someone that likes their job enough to take the time and care to put a piece of bread on evenly lol. The food, snacks, drinks, and everything in between is always really good except for last week when they sent me a completely different sandwich than what I ordered lol)

I don't appreciate Starbucks just choosing to not making half the order and not contact me. I had friends over and we ordered on Seamless and half of us got nothing, literally three drinks not made. I tried calling the store but the phone just rings and rings until they pick it up and hang up. Really embarrassed.

It's a Starbucks, with no more to say than that. But there's always seating, the staff are friendly, and the service prompt. My default third place on Franklin.

Never stepped foot in this location or bought anything from here personally, but my partner has ordered from this location via UberEats or DoorDash multiple times and it's always some annoying ordeal. More often than not they get the order wrong or they hand over the wrong order to the delivery person. For example, if someone requests a dragon fruit refresher with a HINT of peach, why is the cup just peach? I never understood the idea of handing over something that you cannot fulfill. If you don't have, don't just send whatever and hope the customer like it. Just give whatever else you do have!
I don't know if there's not enough staff members but delivery takes ages. It doesn't matter whether it's a weekend or a weekday. Today, August 16th 2025, five dashers were assigned our order and they all left/moved on from it probably because they had to wait forever for it. Mind you the order is simply a dragon fruit refresher, strawberry acai lemonade refresher, banana walnut bread, and a spinach feta wrap. Neither my partner or I are picky so the drinks are just as, no customizations (with the exception of the dragon fruit that has some peach). Yet, we have to wait over an hour though this location is fairly closeby. Sometimes they get it right, but most times the business is utterly terrible. I don't know if it's because they have a high volume of customers, employees are inept, or they're so short-staffed that existing employees are overwhelmed and have no support from management. Either way, I would rather it shut down entirely and bring some other necessary establishment than for customers to be dissatisfied with the service.
My fav Aniya might have misspelled her name but she always makes my drinks with luv . Very polite, well mannered and pleasant to all guests. Just luv her energy

This place has the warmth of a tax audit and the charm of a DMV. If bitterness were a business model, they’d deserve their spot in Fortune 500. You’d get more satisfaction brewing instant coffee in your bathroom

Very disappointed with this Starbucks. The entire staff just stands around chatting with each other and completely ignores the customers. The atmosphere is unpleasant and the service is terrible. I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
